My top tip would be to take a trip down to Sunset Strip, sit in one of the cafe's (we sat in Savannah & Cafe Del Mar last year) with a cocktail or 3 and watch the sunset.

We're going back to Ibiza in Sep 2008 and will be venturing back....only hope the new promenade being built doesnt trash the strip completely

Just got back, many thanks for your replies. Having been there the best advice I can give you is to hire a car, even for 1 day. We thought it was a lovely place to drive around. We went to Es cana for the hippy market, San carlos, Cala sant vincente (which was lovely great view from the road as you drop down into the town), the caves at San miguel & then to Ibiza town. Would of liked to have seen more but there's only so much you can do in a week with two kids in tow. As some have said you can get from one end of the island to the other in 40 to 50 mins. Remember your on holiday so relax by the pool & eat at some lovely restaurants but look around, we will be going back for more.
