the elitza has a fantastic beach position. the best of both worlds between pool and sea. we had our 16 year old and our 9 year old, so it suited everyones taste. everywhere in albena is within walking distance so it was a great base also. hotel very clean, it had air conditioning and you could hire a fridge and a safety deposit box.
cleaning staff brilliant, vey friendly but not forward.entertainment almost non exsistent but it didn't bother us. the cocktails are the best in the resort.
would visit again, but make sure you get a sea view as it is amazing.

We had two weeks at this hotel and had a fantastic time. We used it as a base and hired a car which gave us the chance to see the real Bulgaria.
The staff were excellent and would go out of their way to help us, and the food was good compared to other places we have stayed.
The location of the hotel could not be better, you walk out of the door straight on to the beach.
The entertainment was not really that good but we were to tired to bother after full days out

The breakfasts had a good choice but a little monotinous - plenty of it from fried eggs to cucumber and cheese . Charged extra 2.5 levs for fresh orange and coffee tea was from self service machine.
Right on beach with pool our main gripe is that you have to pay extra for a sun lounger 3 lev each 2 lev for matteress and 1.5 lev for unberella even if you were staying there. So it cost us about
