My sister, her husband and I stayed in the Hotel Prince Cyril for two weeks and had a wonderful time there. The hotel itself is basic but comfortable, the air conditioning is very welcome after a hot day at the beach.
Fresh towels every day, bedding twice a week and basic cleaning daily. the breakfast at the restaurant was basic and nicely presented, my sister and i got used to having a cappucino instead of the coffee put out! No charge!
The staff in the restaurant were the most polite, friendly and helpful people anyone could ever want, the family who own the hotel and restaurant made us feel like family! The evening meals there are excellent both in value for money and taste.
Old Nessebur is the most charming old town I have ever visited with lots of quaint bars and shops and lovely cobbled streets.

This is a small, quiet hotel in the old part of Nessebar and we hardly ever saw any of the other guests, even at breakfast. It appears to cater for mainly eastern European clients. Our room was basic but adequate with tv and air conditioning. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels supplied on most days. We stayed on a B&B basis with self-service breakfast in hotel's restaurant in a separate bulding close by. Breakfast was basic but adequate. The coffee was foul though and usually lukewarm so we always asked for fresh expresso which we got, no problem. The hotel according to the brochure has a bar but we didn't see it! Staff were very friendly with very limited english - but then my Bulgarian isn't up to much either! No safety deposit boxes - ony a hotel safe which guests can use for a small fee but we were wary of handing over all our valuables for communal storage so we ended up carrying all our money around with us - not recommended!
