we stayed in this hotel for 1 week, at the end of may first week in june. on first view the hotel is stunning. check in was fine the staff friendly. We where staying self catering, and this is where the dissapointment started. we where told to go out of the hotel and into the left, this brought us into a shopping mall kind of thing. Then we had to go in a door and then up to the appartment, not exactly what it says in the brochure. I booked the holiday last september and asked for a pool view, and was told this wouldnt be a problem as i was booking so early. but we had a view of yes you guessed the shopping centre again. The apartment was very clean and modern and was cleaned every day. That evening i asked about the pool view and was told that yes we could have it but it was 18 euro per person per day, so i think that we should have been told that when booking and it is alot of money to see the pool. Even though the hotel was not busy. Overall the apartment was fine but bare in mind you are not in the hotel which is fabulous, but the drinks are twice the price of anywhere else, and one last thing the pool is freezing. we had a brillant time in sunny beach and i might stay in this hotel again but not in the apartments.

This is the 12th hotel I have stayed in in Bulgaria. It definatley was impressive to look at and in the perfect position. The rooms were clean, however the maids didn't appear everyday and did not change the towels on a regular basis. Having said this, I would go back to this hotel if only for its position. I can't comment too much on the food as we went s/c but did have a lunch at the pool and although slightly more expensive than most places in Sunny Beach, you get what you pay for, the food was fantastic. The pools were lovely, only same old problem with the sunbeds, you can't get one!

This hotel is superb, and it is very central, the pool area is fantastic as they have 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool, our room was lovely and spacious, the bathroom was fab also, the room was well equiped which included a iron and ironing board which was s god send, I have to say this hotel is the best hotel in Sunny Beach and would recommend anyone to stay there you are treated like royalty by the staff and by the pool.

We were originally supposed to stay in the Victoria Palace 4* But due to a mix up by the hotel they over booked by 150 rooms!!!.
So when we got there 2am and were told we had been moved i wasnt best please till the porter opened the door to our room its was huge and spotless. The sevice at the 5* hotel is faultless the food is the best hotel food in sunny beach with plenty of choice and the staff are really efficient and friendly. The room has a free safe which save us about 50 lev for the 14 nights. The maid serivce is 7 days and boy what a job even fold your clothes if you leave them out.We ended up with fresh towels everysingle day. This is a moden elegant classy hotel i am so so glad the victoria palace(which is a bit las vegas on a budget if i am truthfull) was full because this is certainly a upgrade in everyway we can even with the hotel being nealy full get a sun bed with a mattress which are free all the time. However there are bad points 1.not on the beach short 50meter walk(am lazy) 2.The drinks if your not Allinclusive are double normal bar prices.

we chose to stay self catering then upgraded to all inclusive
when we arrived we were impressed with what must be the biggest hotel in sunny beach.the front foyer was pretty nice , this hotel is in the busy central area of sunny beach. mood changing lights nice decor.
reception staff were quite helpfull even though it was 4 am.
was told our room was block E room 305 so the bellboy took our cases for us out of the front door of the hotel into the shopping mall. 200 yds along there is an un guarded enterance to block 3 into the lift area ,of which one was broken for the entire stay!!!!! and up to third floor. room was of a good size bear in mind this was one of the appartments as we booked self catering then up graded to all inc .
seperate bedroom with king size bed

Down to the pool-plenty of beds already gone,so get down about 9am to reserve one .Nobody checks them so you could leave your towels all day and nobody cares. Weather was hot hot so time for some pool service.
To the bar waited 10 mins nobody there!!!Beer was nice kamanitzi.

people power managed to get the pool bar to serve us snacks at lunch time ie. piazza burgers, good choice on the snack menu
day 4
same as
the barman had 50 odd people sitting at the pool bar at 10pm and was gonna close it to go and open the lobby bar ????????????
he said he was doing what the manager told him
i said get the manager
and explained the logic of keeping the pool bar open
he agreed alas the bar was open till 1am ,and the barman never stopped
day 5

everone was eating in the snack bar
it says a lot when the snacks are better than the restaurant!!!!!!!
day 6
still no ice cream
day 7
the rep had a long queue of people complaining about several of the mentioned things...she wasnt happy
we checked out at 12
asked if we were still all inc as we arrived at 4am sat -payed for 7 days -surely this would take us to 4am sat
no it finished at 12 fri
after heated words i was told that i could eat in the restaurant before we left at 1 am ---what an insult ...
overall i wouldnt rate this hotel as a 5 star maybe 3+ stars but the food as -1stars
it needs to sort some sort of entertainment out in maybe the lobby bar
and offer more things for kids
