As soon as we stepped off the coach a porter took our bags up to our room.
The hotel was immaculate,with cleaners working at all hours.
It is located in the very centre of Sunny Beach with plenty of shops/stalls,restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The beach is about 300 yds away.
Our room was superb with good facilities. Fully carpeted,TV,phone,mini bar,air conditioning,bathroom was fully tiled with a good quality shower,spotless facilities and toiletries and hair dryer supplied.The beds were extremely comfortable and although we were on the first floor above the street we didn't hear any noise so I think the balcony doors/glass was double glazed.
Hotel has a good range of facilities including Hair dressers,internet cafe,dentist,pizza cafe,masseur,fitness room,shop and a very good pool with 24 hour pool bar. Sun loungers/deck chairs are free.
Breakfast food was very good with a large choice,I especially liked the cakes for afters with my final coffee. Evening meal wasn't the same standard but from what other people were telling us this was very similar to most hotels in the resort. However, the place is so cheap to eat out it didn't bother us.
Hotel has a nightclub attached to it but this wasn't open during our stay ( 2nd/3rd weeks in Sept)
I can truely recommend this hotel to anyone.
