We stayed in a double room with a cot, The room was large, clean and had all the amenities in previous reviews, hair dryer, TV, phone, mini fridge.

The wardrobes are very large, with plenty of room for all the clothes. I found that the cot was made for a smaller baby, as our 14 month old kept trying to climb out of it, and almost succeeded.

The towels were changed daily and beds made daily, although our bedding was only changed twice in the 2 weeks that we were there. I saw the maid mop the carpet on couple of occasions, which I thought was a little bizarre.

The pool was fantastic for the kids, it has a couple of small slides and a larger water slide. It is very shallow at one end, perfect for toddlers to paddle about in. There were also plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas available.

The breakfast was a little strange, various kinds of German sausage, cold and hot. Potatoes, Bacon, which was more like squares of gammon. Scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bread/toast, fruit, although one morning the nectarines were mouldy. yogurt, ( which is left directly in sunlight, so is only worth having as soon as they put it out)cakes and biscuits, salad etc. There are also juice, water and hot drink machines.

The staff were friendly, until we had a problem when it came to checking out, as they were trying to charge us for things we hadn't had out of the mini bar. The manageress stood there laughing in my face when I was trying very calmly to tell her what the problem was. One of the receptionists at one point became quite loud when I was talking to her, which didn't seem very professional. Other than that though, the staff were very helpful.

There was no entertainment in the hotel, other than sky TV and a pool table, but there are plenty of venues very close by, so that wasn't a problem. There is a kids club, and despite advertising 3 clubs for various ages, they only actually had 1 club on for age 6-10, which meant our 4 year old was disappointed.

I would visit this hotel again, as it did live up to expectations. I'd just make sure to get proof that I hadn't had anything out of the mini bar, as they also tried to do the same thing with some other guests, and some one else out of our party.

The hotel is in an excellent position, set far enough back from the bars etc so it has space round the pool and the noise won't keep you awake at night but yet it's still in the heart of the resort.
The rooms were clean & spacious with a good sized balcony, the bathrooms looked quite new and the shower was large with water that was always warm. Cleaners are always about the hotel working away, the one that did our room was a little gem, even folding up a t-shirt that we'd left on the floor!

The pool is brilliant, a good size with a separate kids bit, there's also a water slide that suprisingly fast. There's lots of sun loungers and people don't get up at daft o'clock to get their towels out. There was a mixture of nationalities staying there, the majority were German or Swedish, but there was also quite a few Scottish, Irish and English.

Breakfast was served from 7am-10am but it really got busy around 9am onwards. You could sit indoor or outdoor and the food was served buffet style including: fried eggs, scrambled eggs, eggy bread, pancakes & syrup, spicy sausage, bacon, salad, pate, ham, cheese, salami, bread rolls, sliced bread, toast, croissants, cakes, watermelon, apricots, cherries, bananas, apples, oranges, nectarines, apricots, cornflakes, choco cereal, museli, oat crunch. natural yoghurt. To drink there was milk, water, orange cordial, blackcurrant cordial, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. We thought the breakfast was really good, and although people might complain its not typically "English" I wouldn't go on holiday expecting that.

We also ate at the hotel a few nights as it only cost 12Lev each (less than

The hotel was nice the rooms are big probably double the size of some I have stayed in when in Spain, it is not as grand as some of the other 4 stars near it but pleasant enough.

It was clean and we got towel changes and cleaned daily they also left plenty of toilet rolls etc. Some of the staff were pleasant others weren't I would say it is on a par with Spain. There is a fridge, hairdryer, and a TV with about 5 English speaking channels (discovery, Eurosport etc) in the room which is not mentioned in all brochures. The pool is good there is a slide and a play park for young kids and a bigger slide for older kids and adults.

The safety deposit box was about 15 pounds a week to rent and is situated in reception it needs two keys to open it so a member of staff will assist you it seems a bit of a pain at times but probably increases security plus you get used to it. I never saw any entertainment but I don

We had a wonderful family holiday.

The hotel was very spacious, from the minute we walked into reception to the large bedrooms. We had a cot in our room too but this did not make the room seem smaller. The bathroom had a wonderful double power shower. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels and the bed linen was changed twice a week. I know the room was hoovered daily because our little girl would sit on the floor and make a mess with her biscuit! Our balcony looked out onto the pool and although some might not like the fact that the balcony was quite a high solid block, it gave us peace of mind when our daughter played on the balcony.

The breakfasts were fine and we managed to have our fill every morning. There was bread which could be toasted, cold meats, eggs (scrambled or fried), sausages, salad, yoghurts, fresh fruit, cheeses, cereal. I don't eat that much at home and I certainly don't want a 'typical' british fry up every morning. I could not comment on the food in the evening as we went B&B. This was a great decision as the food we ate on holiday was wonderful. Try some of the Bulgarian cuisine eg. Kavarma it is lovely and beats boring chicken and chips anyday!

The pool was lovely and there were two small slides and one large one. We had friends that came from other hotels just to sit next to our pool. There was also a little sandy play area for children which was great as our daughter could play in the sand and we could relax knowing that she was OK.

The hotel does not have anything in the way of evening entertainment although it does have a lovely bar area with sky tv and a pool table and an abundance of large comfy sofas. There was so much entertainment in the vicinity that we did not miss not having anything in the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families as the pool was wonderful and the location ideal.
