This hotel has been extended and upgraded since our last stay. Still very cheap. Room facilities included a/c, safe, cheap minibus, flat screen TV, bath and separate shower.
There are two pools. Breakfast rivalled those at hotels with higher ratings.
If you email the hotel, they will provide free transport from the hotel, which turned out to be a Tuk Tuk. Staff are a credit to the hotel. We would return.

What a gem of a place! A budget price and certainly not budget accomodation. I think it has about 20 rooms and a lovely swimming pool. The room we had was by the pool area with a terrace. Spacious room. Very clean and with surprising good quality toiletries, tea and cofee making facilities, great a/c( and you certainly need it), very cheap minibar and laundry, a tv with BBC world on. It even had bathrobes and slippers included!
Staff were excellent. Breakfast was included and good. They will also arrange a driver and guide for the temple complexes. They picked us up from the airport for free as well.
Don't be put off by the road you need to go up to get to the hotel-- it has to be one of the worst roads for huge holes and made for interesting tuk tuk journeys!
The hotel has beautiful planting and I gather grandfather is responsible for this.
Give this hotel a go- you won't be disappointed!
Siem Reap itself has quite a few great restaurants and bars- but not noisey and rowdy. Food is fabulous and 2 dinners with drinks never went above about £12.
