We stayed here as part of our Canadian multi centre holiday.
Upon arrival we were informed our room would not be ready for at least 2 hours (we arrived about 1pm)so after a long flight and long drive and getting a bit lost in Calgary! it was not the best news,but we had some lunch in the adjoining restaurant and before long were given our room.
The room was large but basic.It was clean and comfortable after all it was just somewhere to sleep.
The location was just about a 15 min walk to the centre of Banff-perfect.
All the staff were pleasant and the restaurant staff were a a delight.
