When we arrived at the hotel it took us over an hour to get checked in and when you have got 2 young children it wasn't much fun! Also there were no fans in the hotel reception so it was really hot!
The rooms were great very spacious and clean. The cleaning lady was wonderful very friendly.
The hotel grounds were beautiful and very clean. It was very hard to get a sunbed around the pool even at 7.30 am and there was hardly any shade around the pool.
The entertainment staff were friendly and not too in your face. My children didn't really enjoy the kids club as all they seemed to do was play games in the pool but as my children are not very confident in the water this wasn't much fun for them.
The food was nice much the same every night. It was better to go early as by 9pm there wasn't much left.
We enjoyed our stay but I must admit I was pleased we only went for a week!
