The Inn on The Bay is a small hotel, in large gardens, on the bay at Little Rockly, just along the coast from the small village of Lambeau. It has 20 main rooms in two wings, with five rooms upstairs and five down on each wing. It also has a number of villas in the grounds, which are usually let individually rather than to tour parties.
The two wings are divided by the pool, which is not large but more than adequate for the numbers staying there.
The meals are acceptable - there is a menu for both lunch and dinner from you can choose, and every day there is a blackboard with the day's specials. However the specials tend to be variants on the regular meals ( e.g., a different sauce!)
The staff are lovely, with welcoming smiles and they go out of their way to help.
A couple of times there was entertainment; a steelpan band and trio who came and sang, both performing during dinner.
The dining room/lounge/bar is in dark wood, with a few groups of sofas and chairs around. It is open on three sides, onto the pool or gardens, but it desperately needs airconditioning; Tobago is very humid, and much as we wanted to linger in the bar it was just too sticky!
