The hotel is exactly right, the rooms are lovely and well cleaned every day. The food was a little same ish every night. Loads of fish, chicken and turkey. Breakfast would be great if the bacon especially was cooked and could be cut.

The hotel was very very quiet and the seating outside is nice but not enough. Our room offered a seaview but was too warm if it was sunny. We are both smokers and found it hard to just relax and enjoy. The park opposite was OK and had a couple of bars and restaurants. The main attraction in the area was the old town, which was nice but you didn't want that everyday. And it was a bus ride of about 15min. The reception staff were excellent. All the staff were attentive to your every need. I think the biggest bad thing was the bar prices. About double that which the bar in the park were.

It was very chilly once sun went down but we did go in spring time. Weather was unpredictable on a daily basis rain storms and sunshine. I don't think we would go again as it is so quiet and I can't do all the walking . And very expensive.

Overall though was nice to relax.

3 Star Family & Couples Hotel.

All the staff are pleasant and efficient which helps the holiday experience. Our room 4032 (3rd floor but on the level of the hotel entrance and reception) looked out onto the swimming pool and the sea channel and picturesque hills in the distance. Our maid called Anita deserved her tip as she kept our room clean and tidy. Only drawback on this holiday was the fact that the hotel was inundated with a very large group of elderly French people. You certainly knew when they were in the lounge or restaurant..It was just like a Saga French invasion when their various coaches turned up after they had been out on various organised trips. Anyway The French are not the fault of the Hotel nor the staff.

I would return to this hotel but would need to know what weeks of the year the French Government lock the doors to their care homes.

Hotel tip: Book a swimming pool or sea view room. Its worth the extra money as I know some of the rooms could be quite gloomy due to the design of the building..
