Villa Kapetanovic only has 9 rooms, 1 of which is Deluxe, and 3 Apartments which have a living room.
Everything was spotlessly clean.
The views from the balconies and terrace are marvelous, looking down on Volosko and over to Cres and Krk Islands, although Riyeka's highrise flats do slightly spoil that.
The reason for the good views is that the Villa is set on a hillside. The only draw back to the location is if you walk into the town, the road back up is very steep. It is a quiet location though, with very little traffic noise, and lots of bird song.
The attention and service from the staff was great, very friendly and helpful. Really nice people.
The Restaurant Laurus in the hotel is well known in the area as being 'the' place to eat, with local dignatories and business men eating there. The chef has won awards and the somelier is one of the top ten in Croatia.
There is also the Spa Laurus, where you can get pampered.
