Me and my fiance arrived in Cyprus in Sept last year, we were meant to be stopping in another hotel but it was hidious it was filthy and had ants all on the floor, so we asked our rep if we could upgrade and oh how glad are we! we loved the kkaras we didnt have to pay anymore money towards it and we even got breakfast! I would definately go again, the staff were lovely and the hotel was wonderful.

I travelled with my friend to Ayia Napa last year and can honestly say it was the best week of my life. The staff at the Kkaras were brilliant really friendly and looked after us, for instance if we fell asleep on the sunbeds (after a long night's partying) they would turn the music down for us. The food is excellent and breakfast is served till 4:30pm. Yes the rooms are basic but as it is a 2 star hotel we were not expecting 'The Ritz'. I would not reccommend it to families but then I wouldn't reccommend Ayia Napa to families at all as it is essentially aimed at the younger generation to have a mad party holiday. All I would say is don't go to Ayai Napa for a family holiday there are plenty of other places better equipped for that.

Booked this holiday on an allocated on arrival basis. We were told that we would be staying in a 3*+ hotel.

When we arrived there my heart sank it was awful. The ccommodation I wouldn't even class as a 1 star. The rooms were as basic as you could get and dirty. The rooms were never cleaned.

We never once went in the pool because you couldn't see the bottom of it because it was that dirty, the sunbeds were old and falling to bits. We all our time on the beach which is just a short walk away, we tried to spend as little time at the apartments as they were disgusting!!!!

Would not recommend these apartments to anybody not even my worst enemy!!!!

I stayed in this hotel in 2002.

I thought it was great. I had the best time off me life. It was really central and there was bars restaurants, clubs at minutes walks away. The staff was friendly to us and spoke to us. It was good because it was quite on a night time.

We had a breakfast there a few times and it was nice. The swimming pool was a really good size. We've been back to cyprus four times and going back in a few weeks.

We stayed at a different hotel before but we went back to this hotel for a night. So it can't be that bad. Even it was close to the beach.

B grade is right. The owner is one very miserable fellow. Might be due to lack of customers in last week of August!! Pool is closely surrounded by tables and chairs and very old sunbeds. Loud music all day every day. Pool itself is nice though! Rooms are very basic, we had an ant invasion and the cleaners disappeared for four days. Air con is
