Having visited the Grecian Sands for the last 4 years we decided on a change of resort and opted for the Grecian Park.
Located above Konnos bay the views are stunning if you have either a sea or side sea view rooom.
Not convinced this should actually be a 5* hotel.
It's clean and rooms have just been revamped and the bathrooms are really clean!
Grounds and pool area are really nice and they were always clean and tidy.
Childrens play area is in need of a revamp as the wooden playthings have been somewhat scorched by the sun and started to crack and flake!
Free buses to Ayia Napa and the beach are great but because of local legislations they are not allowed to run on weekends or Bank Holidays.
The Cliff top bar is Stunning I couldn't stop staying 'Oh my god' the 1st time I walked in, it's a real peaceful haven.
The main problem with the hotel is the Onsite Nightclub - It's mega popular with the locals and they come from far and wide (in their cars!) every Saturday (& sunday on Bank Holiday weekends).
We had hired a car and were unable to park in the hotels car park on 4 occasions - we were only there 2 weeks and had to park outside the supermarket down the road. The worst of this is - You hear no noise whatsoever from inside the nightclub - but hear plenty when people are leaving at 5am. As with all nightclubs people gather outside and chat for ages, then rev up their very expensive cars.
The management commented that the bulk of their complaints were regards the nightclub.
All in all a nice holiday but not sure I'll be back - Grecian Sands here I come next year!

This was our first stay at the Grecian Park and we would'nt hesitate to recommend it.
The room was nicely furnished, very clean and quiet considering it overlooked the main road. We could not fault the staff who were polite and helpful.
Breakfasts were of a good standard although they did not vary much. However this is the only hotel where we have been offered champagne with our breakfast as part of the deal - we were suitably impressed.
The Cliff Bar was magical! The atmosphere electric. We liked the decor so much wer'e planning something similar in our garden. The pool and garden areas were impeccable though the plastic sunloungers a little uncomfortable.
The poolside loungers were better but were snapped up very quickly.
Overall this was a wonderful experience.

We have been here before, but sadly were suprised to find that the beautiful Konnos walk (a nature walk just next to the hotel) has been turned into a housing estate.
Most of the sourrounding area is now a building site and the top of the hotel now has a mobile phone mast on! Its a pity, because this really used to be one of the great locations in Cyprus.

This hotel was excellent, we chose to get married here and this was a good choice the staff are all excellent from management down to the cleaners, all carrying out their duties with a smile nothing is to much for anyone.
On the day of our wedding the staff could not do enough to ensure that our day when to plan.
The only part of the hotel which let its 5 star rating down was the rooms as they are only 3 star standard but the manger told me that they were in the process of being refurbished which I saw myself during my stay, I can not recommend this hotel highly enough.

We chose this hotel as we were getting married. Originally our plans were to marry at the museum and have a reception elsewhere. As the marriage law had changed we chose to marry in the hotel and have our reception there as the Assistant Manager and staff were absolutely wonderful.
The whole fortnight we were spoilt rotten and really loved our stay here. The only low point is the rooms weren't 5 star BUT they were clean, and how often do you spend time in your room whilst on holiday.
we couldn't praise this hotel enough.

We chose this hotel to get married in and what a perfect choice we made.
The management and staff couldn't do enough to make our day a fairytale. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like royalty throughout our stay. Little touches like flowers on arrival in our room and sparkling wine. A candlelit meal with compliments from the hotel and also a champange breakfast was wheeled up to our room the morning after the wedding.
On my birthday they left a bottle of wine in my room with a little card wishing me a happy birthday. Every day was made special and it was all so genuine.
The hotel itself was spotless and the reception was breathtaking as soon as you stepped into it
We stayed bed and breakfast and the choice of food in the morning was exceptional every taste catered for.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone old or young who want to feel pampered on their holiday and feel they are surrounded by friends.
Will almost definitely return.

Paradise is the only word I can describe the Hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you & are extremely helpful & friendly. With a lovely pool & excellent views, also the beach was only 2 minutes walk, we felt we didn't need to leave the hotel if we didn't want to as it had everything you could need.

The minute we stepped into the hotel we knew it was going to be a good holiday, the staff very helpful and the standard of the acommodation was excellent. The company also keeps in touch with you at xmas ie send you a card and vouchers if you want to come back. This has been the best holiday we have been on, it was our honeymoon. We can highly recommend it. The hotel is about 10 minutes on the bus to both aiya napa and Protaras(which stops outside the hotel)and they come every 1/2 hour. We mostly stayed at the hotel for lunch as the food was really nice, we just wish we went half board. The sister hotel in aiya napa is really nice also.

Hotel situated in quiet, scenic spot within easy reach, by car/bus, of Ayia Napa and Protaras.
Terrific range of activities, watch prices.
Secluded beach is small and very busy at weekends (advise less able people to use free hotel bus from beach, as it is a bit of a hike back up to hotel).
Staff were excellent, very helpful and polite.
Good selection of food including BBQs and buffets.
Would definitely recommend a visit.
