Just back from Aquasol Village.
Immaculate apartments in lovely complex, with tv, toaster, kettle, air cond. in both lounge and bedroom. There was an offer of half board for just over

I loved the hotel so much, I would love to go back there again. It was great! There was so much to do, the entertainment was great, specially the night when the man was breathing fire.
The hotel is just about 5 mins from the wicked/cool shops. I loved it.

I really, really loved this hotel, I would go back again.
We hired a car and some of the places we visited are:
1) Aphrodite water park.
2) Tombs of the kings.
The hotel food was lovely, the cooked breakfast was brilliant!!! If I could, I would go back to this hotel.
The beach is nice and clean (The water) and there was lots of lizards every where.
The hotel staff were friendly. There was a little arcade thing at the hotel and there was a pool table.

Brandie - you beat me to it LOL
We went to the AquaSol Village in February - we got a bargain too . It is right down at the bottom of a long hill from the Coral Bay main road where all the bars and restaurants are. Tip: leave your bags either outside or in the entrance when you check in. When we went people were struggling to get in with their bags only to find that they had to go out the same door again to go to their apt.
I liked the Village, its made up of little blocks of apartments two high. Each is numbered and so apt 1414 would be block 14, 1st Floor, Room 4. We had nice (partial) sea views, but some of them will be tremendous, we were so close to the sea that you could hear the waves even inside with the patio door closed. It's also a good place if you like cats (which my wife does)!
There is a bar in the main building which we didn't often frequent as there are good places up that hill.
Again, there is a shop on site which we also didn't use - we went to Orphanides Supermarket in Paphos itself.
My fave restaurant was the Seriani - great Suckling Pig, like a Sunday Joint all to yourself !
Don't bother with the welcome meeting unless you've never been on holiday - sorry, I mean to Cyprus The most blatant timeshare person ever lol. Oh and on that subject the timeshare scratchcard touts were in operation already when we went. Either tell them you have already won this week or just keep walking - if you get asked the main prizes this year include tickets for the opening - thats what it says - they imply of the Olympic Games, but it doesn't actually say that!!!.
Hire a car from Nestor and Marias half-way up said hill and do the run around the Akamas Peninsular - absolutely brill for driving and scenery. Finish it off with a run into Polis and Latchi for a great day out.

Aqua sol was actually still being built when we stayed there. We managed to get one of the executive appartments. It was excellent, DVD player, whirl pool bath the best appartment I have stayed in.
The location though is less impressive. You really need to get a bus (it is very cheap and bus stop fairly near by) or taxi anywhere and it is a very long way out of Paphos. Coral Bay however is in the opposite direction and we found that to be very nice, day and night.
There is an indoor pool, a well equiped gym & tennis courts on site.
As I said the hotel had not relly got going when we visited so I'm not really able to comment on the entertainment.

The hotel is very clean and very welcoming.
Never tried the food as I went self catering but it looked delicious.
The location was fantastic as it was near plently of amazing restaurants and a local bus stop to take you into the town.
The Staff were very friendly and fantastic at their English.
Can't really judge the entertainment as I was out every evening, but I hear it was very pleasing for other guests.
I would definitely come back again
