Chose this hotel after a friend told me that Coral Bay is a lovely area.
Hotel is an excellent location short walk downhill to the beach. We had a seaview room so we were at the front of the hotel but even having the balcony door open the noise from the strip of bars and resterants did not bother us at all.
The hotel was very clean but some evenings there was a smell like sewage. The food was always cooked well and unlike some buffets it wasnt sitting for ages and was replenished frequently, The only bad points on the food front were that there wasnt always much for the vegetarians. The staff were friendly and always said hello some of the staff in the restaurant were sometimes slightly rude.
The entertainment was good for a hotel, didnt see it everynight but there was a good selection.

We arrived late and missed the last sitting for food. (If this happens, go through the gardens to the strip of shops good assortment of restaurants to the left of the garden gate).
There is an offer of a day trip to Egypt for about

Arrived about 10pm so had missed evening meal but we were given a meal voucher for lunch during our stay. Check in was quick and efficient. Reception area clean and attractive with sofas dotted around and a T.V area with comfy seats. Next to that was a "Cocktail Bar". Two computers with internet access (50cents for 8 minutes and definitely not broadband! - soon eats up your money). Also on ground floor was the Crown restaurant where breakfast and dinner was served. You could also eat al fresco adjacent to the restaurant which we did the majority of the time. On the Mezzanine floor was another T.V room. There was bar outside where we ate lunch and drinks were served all day.
Our room was a decent size with a sofa bed for my son which we folded away during the day. A T.V showing several channels but only Sky News and CNN in English. Bathroom was a nicely decorated and very clean. The maid cleaned every day - fresh towels if you needed them and linen was changed every other day. We had a lovely view over the pool and the bay.
Food was very good. Heaps of choice at breakfast including low fat options. Different theme for dinner each night. On the odd occasion I didn't find a hot choice to my liking I opted for the salad which was plentiful.
The hotel is located at the end of a "strip" of shops and restaurants not more that a few hundred metres long and you could simply walk through the gardens to the reach it. The staff at the hotel always had a smile on their face and were very helpful.
Entertainment was the usual Hotel fare. A "fakir" show (fire eating and walking on glass etc), Greek dancing, singers etc. The best was the magician, a Scottish man, who was very good and got a few people up to help him and a group of dancers who danced a mixture of styles and were certainly the most popular act of the week.
The pool area is lovely and well designed with a separate children's pool and swim up pool bar. The only down side was the usual problem of sunbed reserving. My father, who is always an early riser, was on his balcony at 6am one morning and witnessed people putting towels on beds!!
That little gripe aside I would have no hesitation in returning to this hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing break.

This hotel is not a 4 star just an average 3 star.
The rooms are ok but only for 2 persons. The bathroom was tiny, the balcony was the smallest I have seen and at times you got this horrible smell around the hotel.
Air con in the bedroom was good but in reception and restaurant it was turned off, so at meal times a lot of guests would eat on the terrace.
The staff are young and I would say not trained properly. A waiter one night overfilled my wine glass spilling onto the tablecloth, which was never changed, and they were very slow to clear used plates from tables and when they did they would drop cutlery.
Pool area was crowded mainly because of the shape, and not very deep. Large grass area away from the pool to sunbathe.
You pay for the safe, mini bar, tea-coffee and pool towels.sunbeds were damaged and parasols.
I will not be staying at this hotel again and have told my friends not use it.

Stayed for a week at this hotel and thought that it was lovely. Rooms and toilets clean and adequate size. Cannot grumble about the food as there was plenty of choice and tasted good. Staff were nice and friendly always polite. Some couldn't speak good English, but come on we are in a foreign country we don't try to learn their language - but we always managed to get what we wanted. Wouldn't disagree with it's 4 **** rating -have had plenty of other good holidays but this rates as one of the best relaxing holidays we have had. Plenty of sunbeds around the large pool and garden area.
Cannot fault this hotel and location at all.

Right in the heart of the small resort of Coral Bay with a selection of shops, bars and restaurants a stones throw away.
Despite this the hotel was very quiet with no noise.
Hotel spotless with good maid service daily and clean towels daily. Air conditioning avaliable but only needed to use it a couple of times despite it being very hot outside.
My only and main gripe is that although there is a fridge in the room, it is locked and you can only use it if you pay for the mini bar, which is not cheap and even if you do pay for it you can't keep your own drinks in it.
Entertainment Ok, much the same as any hotel! Food pretty good but quite a poor choice. I love fruit and found that it was melon and kiwi every evening when usually you get a great selection of fruit.
The chef regulary does bread and butter pudding, apple pie and custard which was superb!!!
Main resort of Paphos a short, cheap bus ride away and bus stops right outside hotels beautiful gardens.
Pool area nice but smaller than it looks in brochure. To get a sunbed round the pool you have to be up very early, however there was never a problem finding sunbeds or umbrellas in the gardens.
