Avoid A1Cyprus.com and Dome Hotel in Kyrenia, Cyprus.
Pathetic travel agent that does not acknowledge or respond to complaints.
1. Delayed flight with Turkish Airlines - 6 hours. No one cares.
2. No transfer from airport (pre-paid for) from Airport to resort.
3. Hotel room "flooded" on two seperate days. No one cares.
Official complaints, in writing, sent to A1Cyprus. com; Turkish Airline, & Dome Hotel. No one cares!
Non-existent customer care and the organisations think they can bully & intimidate customers, in the hope they just give up!
