We chose to go self catering as we were staying for 4 weeks.
I am very particular and I must say the cleanliness of the hotel and our room was to an extremely high standard, we viewed the hotel next door and quite frankly I would stay at the Bluecrane all the time. We are coming for 6 weeks in 2007.
The hotel is a little away from all the hussle and bustle of the main "strip" in Limissol, but not too long a walk to all the nightclubs and nightlife.
The staff were excellent and it is clear that its a family run buisness. Entertainment!!! you make your own, we met a whole load of new people, some of which we see on a regular basis now..
The Bluecrane is my first choice now and Ive been to Cyprus for 7 years now.

Self catering was the best option for us as we were spending our summer at the BlueCrane.
We had a few meals and there were freshly cooked and really nice.
The hotel was clean and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a resonably busy area but still away from all the nightclubs, although they are within walkin distance or a cheap taxi ride home !!
As its an aparthotel, there was no entertainment, but we joined up with a couple of others and we made our own entertainment... what a laugh.
I will always stay there as the atmosphere is welcoming. The owners,Anna,Demitrios and the boys(grown up) are a hoot and kept us amused with their antics.
Highly recommend you pay them a visit, come see the place yourself, i did and spent the summer there..

This is a basic hotel/apartment complex. We have visited 3 times over the last few years and always found it was good value for money.
The family who run the hotel are very friendly and make you feel most welcome.
The rooms are very clean and the maid service is daily. Cooking facilities are good and there is a television with a good number of English speaking channels if you want to watch late night films.
The hotel does not lay on entertainment and only does a happy hour in the bar in the evenings.
The pool area is kept clean and tidy with the use of a poolside bar during the summer months.
We will be returning soon.
