Location wise they're on the beach side of Nissi Avenue in the Macronissos area of Napa, they are right opposite the Olympic Lagoon Resort on the other side of the road.
The outside of the building is a bit of a let down it looks rather cheap and run down.......but it's perfectly fine once behind the scenes, nice reception area with internet access, the apartments are all painted in 3 primary colours for the doors and windows so it looks quite nice. There are 3 blocks of studios and 6 beach bungalows. We looked at both, the beach bungalows are really quite big and literally a stones throw from the Landa Beach, they have double patio doors (living room & bedroom) you even have your own sunbeds to use on the grass outside the bungalow. The bungalows and the studios are basic but clean, I'd suggest they could do with some updating. As an example they use sheets and those horrible furry blankets instead of a bedspread, the bathroom does have a decent shower head though and a shower curtain. Small kitchen area was adequate......no kettle, no toaster though. The furniture was a little dated but again it was all clean and there was a decent amount of wardrobe space. A TV was also provided in both types of accom.
Outside, there is a nice pool area and lots of greenery in the form of grass areas and then onto the beach itself with a snack bar in the pool area and another on the beach. I think I saw a small tennis court too. The whole place is a bit like a rabbit warren lots of small paths leading to all the areas, these are all surrounded by bushes and flowers but it does feel a little claustrophobic and I would be worried of getting a bit lost until I got my bearings. I would definitely NOT recommend a road facing apartment as Nissi Avenue is busy with traffic and there is a bar/club across the road which plays music until 1.30.
I picked up a brochure and 2006 prices for booking direct with them next year and thought it was expensive to be honest for what they were. I think they very much play on the fact that they literally a stones throw from the beach. Olympic go here as do TUI (Thompson) but I think TUI take Germans and not people from the UK.

So Nice was directly located on a very nice sandy beach, on the outskirts of Ayia Napa. The positive thing about this was the fact that we could alternate between the beach, the pool and the apartment several times each day.
The gardens and greenery of the hotel is definitely the second most distinctive advantage. Lots of palm trees, extensive loans and multi-coloured flowers that give the sensation of a real paradise.
We hoped to see a bit more animation at nights, as the live Greek music and Oldies were very enjoyable.
Being a family run hotel, the feeling of personal care was very dominant, and the staff at the bar and reception were indeed very friendly and energetic.
For families and couples, So Nice is definitely the place to go. The hotel's motto "a Green Paradise on a Golden Beach" trully says a lot.
We have actually walked along the beach to a number of other hotels for which we had heard good comments about, but none of them were like So Nice. Although the prices are not that cheap, we have already booked for 2006, and we highly recommend it to people seaking a relaxed, friendly holiday right on the beach!
