A family run hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was light and airy with a balcony overlooking the pool. Tended to either cook in or eat out. Facilities for cooking in were adequate for our needs with a fridge,2 ringed cooker with grill and oven.
Maid service was daily with 3 changes of linen in one week!Apartment was swept and mopped every day by very friendly and helpful staff.
Hotel is situated about 5 min walk from the main tourist area of shops, cafes and restaurants.About a 20min walk to the shingle beach.Supermarkets near at hand for self catering.
Appeared to be very little entertainment at the hotel, which we didn't mind as we were out every evening.
Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday!

We deliberately booked this resort because we read it was less developed and we wanted a relaxing holiday. This was the perfect place for a quiet base to tour the area from.
The apartments are basic but clean and all queries were dealt with immediately eg extra pillows. Air conditioning is optional for an extra charge (when we were there) but we didn't need it as during the day we sunbathed by the pool and at night there was a gentle breeze. Apartments are in three blocks around the pool and it's a small community feel to the place.
I think in the winter they only have the main hotel block open. It is a family run place and there were lovely and very helpful. Each week they have a BBQ for all guests (at a small charge) and it the food is great.
Meals are available from the poolside bar throughout the day which are basic but good - we loved the salads for lunch. There is a computer for access to the internet for all those who can't stay away from their emails (small charge nothing excessive).
The place has a couple of local restaurants nearby which are convenient and it is a very short walk into the main street where all the local bars and restaurants are. There is a fantastic choice of restaurants in the main street and our favourites was the local fish tavern run by the fishermen. Local shops stock a good variety of English products for the self caterers and the apartment owners will sell you milk and water when you arrive if it's late etc.
There is no entertainment apart from the BBQ night and music playing during the day on the radio or cd. The place is out of the way if you want to relax and yet close to things if you want to explore.
