Location
My dad isn't in the best of health but the staff treated him very kindly and we managed to get him a wheelchair for the last couple of days.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean and the food is very good with plenty of choice. The hotel is in a nice quiet location with lovely views of the med but the beach lets it down.
The photo in the brochure is deceiving as it is not a very sandy beach and the sea is very rocky, but if you're not bothered about the beach there are plenty of sunbeds around the pool and on the grass leading to the beach.
Anyway you have to pay for a sunbed on the beach. The hotel is a few miles from Protaras but the bus costs just 70 cents if you want the night life.
The entertainment team were lovely and daytime actvities were good but night time not so good. The hotel could do with getting the odd proffessional act in but this didn't spoil our holiday, we were too tired to stay up late most of the time anyway.
If you're travelling on an adults only holiday I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back.

The hotel was of a high standard in terms of cleanliness, food and facilities. We used most of the facilities and found everything to be working and in use.
We arrived in early August when the weather was in the 40's but found the hotel to be very well equipt with air conditioing throughout.
The bar staff and entertainment troops were really hard working and full of energy, albeit a little ameteurish at times.
Although we all have children (all grown up) it was really good not having kids jumping around and making noises.
Overall we all had a great time.

We were after a relaxing holiday, and thats just what we got.The hotel caters for couples only, and a greater proportion of people were 50+,which made for a quiter atmosphere.
There is one small sand/shingle beach, adjacent to the hotel which gave access into the sea but is very rocky beneath the water, which was good for snorkeling.
First of the all the room,we had a 1 bedroomed twin bed.It had everything we needed,A/C,hairdrier,fridge television(only three english)plenty of cupboard space for two and balcany space for a table and two chairs.
The rooms were cleaned every day and towels renewed daily, even poolside towels were provided. The only downside was,the bed was on the firm side.
Food was a bit of a mixed bag, there was variety, but some times the combinations were a bit strange and not enough vegtables were provided. Although I`m not a salad person, but I was told this was very good, the desserts on the other hand were average. There is an al a carte restauraunt option available, but is not widely publised, this needs to be booked at reception the previous day.
Its got to be said the location of this hotel is a bit of a distance away from any entertainment, and will require a bus (70c anywhere local)or taxi ride.
Daytime entertainment consisted of,water aerobics,Killer pool,Darts,Table tennis, water volleyball, water polo and French boules.Less engetic pastimes included,1 quiz + 1 bingo game in the two weeks we were there.
Night time entertainment was average,we mostly went into Protaras.

The hotel itself was very clean and tidy and rooms were cleaned every day.
All the staff were really nice, always polite and smiling, cannot fault the staff.
The pool area is fantastic, loads of space for sun loungers and the pool is a good size and the area is lovely and clean.
The entertainment was a little poor but it depends what your after. Very relaxing and chilled out. It is a bit out of the way but a short taxi ride takes you into Protaras.
Would recommend this hotel and would definitely go again.

The hotel is a little off the beaten track but don't let that put you off if all you want is a nice and relaxing holiday. The hotel and the rooms where smart and clean, the staff couldn't do enough for you.
The food was of a good standard good enough for me to put on ten pounds anyway, the drinks are not watered down and some are quite strong. The pool and pool area was excellent and the people behind the pool bar where very friendly and always good for a laugh, the music was sometimes a bit loud but there where enough beds to move away if it wasn't to your taste.
The entertainment could'nt comment as we went out after our meal to meet up with friends in protaras.

Food was not bad...there was always something to choose from. only bad point was the desserts. Little choice and same every day.
Hotel staff very friendly and obliging.

We considered the food to be of a good standard, the evening menu is repeated weekly i.e. theme nights, and there was at least four choices per night including a fish dish for those who do not eat meat. There was also plenty of choice at Breakfast time which was repeated every day.
The Hotel's location is not good for those who want to be on top of everything i.e. lots of pubs, bars, restaurants etc. You need to take the bus to nearby Pernera, only a short ride, or stay on a few minutes more and go into Protaras itself, which is about 10 minutes or less on the bus, or go to the end of the line to Ayia Napa. The current fare which went up on the 18th October 2004 is 70 cents to wherever you want to go, or order yourself a cab there and back to wherever you want to go. We took a cab one night from the town of Protaras back to our hotel and it cost us CYP

Food in the buffet restaurant was ok...got a little bit boring ok if you liked pork and chicken having said that it was well cooked no tummy problems.
The room was very nice and very clean, hotel cleaning staff first rate.
Now the down side Entertainment...in a word poor found ourselves getting a drink from the bar and going back to our room to watch a movie or BBC world it was that bad ok if you liked bingo and quiz nights.
Out and about. You need a bus or taxi to get to the main resort of Protaras you can get the bus at the front of the hotel 55 pence each way very cheap or about a fiver in a cab (bus is better).
Overall hotel was very good will go back again.
P.s try a Kouzalis special it will blow your head off.

Reception staff were always helpful, friendly and cheerful.
Bar prices were almost extortionate so we only had one drink in the 2 weeks!
The food was appalling. Breakfast with cold greasy bacon, fried eggs cold and congealed into a hard lump, scrambled eggs always cold. At least toast & fruit were O.K. Lunches were the best bet as we could have salads however the choice was always the same. Dinners were a culinary nightmare with undercooked/overcooked vegetables, meat cooked in dire sauces often undercooked. We were forced to eat elsewhere for much of the time.

Being an adults only hotel it was ideal for honeymoon.
Yes, it is a bit outside of the main resort of Protaras but we found this a plus. It was a quick bus or taxi journey to the resort centre at night and far enough out to be nice and peacful when you wanted it.
We were perfectly happy with the food though we did eat out a few times just for a bit of variation.
One downside was the entertainment which was apalling. But there was plenty to be seen in Protaras and Prenera which made up for it.
Would definitley go again
