After a long flight we arrived with great expectations of this hotel. We were devastated when we saw our apartment, it was small, shabby, dark, and dingy. We were not impressed. All we wanted to do was shower and change and start to enjoy our holiday.
We spoke to the receptionist who laughed when we told her our problem, sounded as though she was expecting the come back. We were told that we would have to wait to see the rep the following morning to sort out our problem, but we were not content with that as we just wanted to unpack. We asked to see the manager who was very smarmy and told us we would need to pay

We were not dissappointed with this Hotel. The staff were very friendly, the food was first class - we enjoyed all of our meals. The pools were excellent and a great way of cooling down from the July sun!
The hotel is of moderate proportions which suited us as we did not want the hustle and bustle of a huge complex. The air-conditioning was welcome. The room was fairly small for 3 people, but was clean and ok.
During our stay we did not see any insects or mosquitos. Each night we had an undisturbed sleep. We were happy with this hotel and would go back.

This is our second visit to this hotel having been here for a week last October. One thing to point out is the brochures show only one pool, but there is in fact two. The pool area is generally quiet with ample sunbeds all day as most people head for the beach about a 10 minute stroll away.
The food is pretty good with a full english breakfast available as well as continental. A good and varied selection of dinners was also available. Sorry to report the evening entertainment is very poor and most people head to local bars or take a bus/taxi into town. Also sorry to report our maid decided not to bother vacuuming our room more than once in our 2 week stay, nor clean our balcony, nor our bathroom. Having said that, last October we had no such complaints.
Generally speaking the staff are very polite and efficient.

We stayed at the hotel October last year and June this year. Basically we picked it because it was cheap and well placed being in between Protaras and Permena. This was an ideal location for us.
Rooms clean and tidy with fresh bedding everyday but could do with having the bathrooms updated. Hotel was a little shabby but we weren't there to stay in the room 24/7 we were there to chill out, relax and have a holiday.
Food was ok, not fab but not bad. I'd read good and bad reviews about the food and I'm seriously of the conclusion that you can't please everyone even though to my mind there was something for everyone! Breakfast - cereals, toast, cooked, continental. evening meals - lots of choice lots of meat dishes, chops, ribs, burgers, chicken fish. Lots of veg and choice of potatoes. Desserts left a lot to be desired but no problem really. There was plenty of it we ate out a bit even though half board.

Never bothered with the entertainment although it was great for families, the reps were brilliant for the kids.
