I have been booking with love holiday for a couple of years and when I come to panorama bungalows I always ask for sea view bungalows and always get it obviously I pay for it.
This year when I checked in they said I never booked the sea view bungalow so to have one I had to pay an extra £160 I was fuming but had to pay.
I got in contact with love holidays they said they will listen to my phone conversation and get back which they did to tell me the agent told me what room it was
I asked if they could let me listen to phone conversation because I know what I asked for I have it every year and why would I change now they said I would have to pay £25 the company are mad my sister in law booked the same holiday a couple of months later to come with me a separate booking and they did the same to her what can I do?
