We went to Dana Beach 4th July last year for a week and the other 4 people in our group stayed for 2! lucky gets as we loved the hotel! my mum and dad had been the year before with my brother and his friend and his parents so we were looking forward to going here after hearing about it so much and seeing the dvd from the boat trip!

soon as we arrived we thought pure luxury... i shared a room with my cousin and for us 2 girls u couldnt ask for a better room... bathroom was amazin and so close to the beach and restaurant in the middle of the complex.. the food was excellent and didnt mind the pizza and chips and chicken and peppers at lunch was lovely..... the tea time meal buffet was lovely the pasta was lovely as were the other selections

we didnt really watch much of the entertainment but a few nites we went over the the Havana club which was good loved the music and shisher pipes but the drinks were expensive, but stayin in this hotel meant u did get in for free which was a bonus.... and the foam party on our first nite was good!

the beach was pure luxury also we had the same spot every day and my mum as the chatter box she is got talkin to a nice german family.

also the italian restaurant here is brilliant we went here twice and got very friendly with the waiters who we also spoke to in the day. i noticed that tey all love the english and couldnt do enough for you when you ask...

we went on the dive and snorkelling trip on the reef which was for several hours in the day and best place to catch a tan which was the only reason i went as im not a big fan of diving in the sea or snorkelling. but my brother his friend my dad and my cousin all went diving and loved it and said the fish were amazing!

i would definatly recommend going to Dana Beach and would love to go back this year!!!!

I will agree with the rest of the comments above, but lovely setting, hotel very clean, food realy good 2 Beautiful pools, 1 larger one - this quite busy.

Really clean and waiters cannot do enough for you.

Entertainment in German and French so not very good, but disco bar opens at 11.30 till late and very good for a late drink and dance pay bar at 12 every where in hotel but still quite cheap.
I will definitely go back to Dana Beach, best holiday ever.

Went to this hotel for Christmas arrived on the 23rd December and stayed until the 30th December.

No problems at the airport soon at the hotel the rep sorted everything out at reception gave us our bands and gave us a quick tour of the hotel.

This hotel has around 750 rooms it is vast and spread out over quite a distance. We were given a lift to our room on a buggy along with our cases we were not far from the main hotel block. The room I have to say was one of the smallest we have ever stayed in

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks on an all incluisve basis. The hotel is set of the main road and the outside of the hotel was impressive.

Check in was and easy and we were shown to our room on the third floor. Our room was a family room which sleep up to 6 people and it had 2 bedrooms and a large living area with small kitchen.

The room was spotless on our arrival. The hotel grounds were large and they had 2 buffet restaurants. The food was varied and plentiful and always hot. The had a kids corner that had a small variety of food for children.

The hotel had a large play area for the children and a kids club. The hotel caters mainly for French German and Russians and they did say they wanted more british clientel.

The speciality restaurant was supberb and the prices were reasonable. The beach was a pebble beach and the management are still doing work on it to make it more child friendly.

There are two swimming pools and is heated until April. We found the weather to be very hot when went and it got hotter by the day. The evening were very warm too so you did not need a jumper.

Overall I reccommend the hotel to couple and families alike. If you are look for a resort with a great deal of entertainment then you will be dissapointed. I am returning in 2006.
