The hotel was clean and very nice, the staff on the pool bar was not always helpful. Tendered to the Russian first weather you were there first it didn't matter. Food not hot or warm infact cold, mostly the same food every day.

The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms were spotless. Reception and bellboy staff were extremely helpfull and very chatty. The pool and restuarant staff were, I am afraid, not. The food was terrible, mostly cold and repetitive. The daytime entertainment staff kept things moving along nicely with water arobics, stretch classes and water sports but you really should take ear muffs with you as the music boomed out all day long except for one hour at lunch time. At the pool the number of sunloungers was woefully short of the number of people looking for them, and folk ended up either sitting on chairs or lying on the ground. All in all my visit to this hotel was not one that I will not be repeating.
