Have been to many hotels in Egypt over the past few years and this one has to be the best. I broke my ankle very badly in June and was worried about how I would get on. Hotel staff were superb. I was waited on hand and foot and nothing was too much trouble. My ankle had swelled after the flight and a huge bag of ice was bought to our room. Every where was very clean and our room was kept spotless with clean towels everyday. The only thing not to recommend is the hairdresser/spa next door. Food was very good especially by the pool at lunch time. Will definately return next year

Hi, we had a really fab time in this hotel. The view from the main restaurant overlooks the hotels marina and has a spectacular view of the red sea...cleaniness was up to a very high standard except for the bathroom...it was just not cleaned to the same extent as the rest of the hotel.
The food was fantastic, with a wide choice and I must have put on a stone while staying there!!!! Location was just nice...5 mins taxi ride from main town which was extremely cheap...the staff were so nice especially to my young son...some of them have kept in contact with postcards and the odd email...both the manager and head chef where most helpfull...it was also handy that the marina is owned by the hotel so all the sea adventures we went on where right on our doorstep!!! (did'nt have to get up to early!!)
Entertainment would not be to everyone
