I can only echo the other reviews. This hotel is a real find - great location, superbly thought out hotel (all suites, huge comfortable beds, two balconies/terraces per suite, well furnished, spotlessly clean, good food, great pool).
But what really makes it exceptional is the service, which was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble for the owner, Alvin, or any of his staff.
I rate the hotel very highly - have given it solid 5s. The only note is that there is no entertainment....whih is why I rate it 5! This is a place to come and chill out and leave your stresses behind.

We stayed one week at the new Swisscare hotel in Nuweiba.
We were two adults and two children.
The Swisscare is comprised of "Suites" which are actually two rooms with two sets of everything making the holiday with the kids so much more enjoyable. We did what we wanted and they did whatever they wanted.
The suites are very spacious and tastefully decorated with each one having a patio which was really nice. The rooms were cleaned each day and the entire resort was spotless!
There is actually plenty to do at the Swisscare and the hotel offers diving, snorkeling, desert-Bedouin tours etc.
The hotel is set right on one of the best stretches of beaches in the area. There is beautiful snorkeling right in front of the hotel, you don't have to drive anywhere for the perfect snorkeling reefs!
The swimming pool is also a piece of art in itself.
It's shaped kind of like a shell while not being too deep so you feel like you are in the ocean.
The food was one of the best parts of the vacation.
Everything is prepared fresh and you can actually feel and taste the difference in the fresh ingredients!

What a fabulous time! I Landed at Taba airport 9pm and travelled down to Nuweiba by taxi transfer, pre-arranged with Soliman Travel. Coming through the mountains and seeing the shoreline and lights of Israel, Jordan and Saudi just feels like coming home! Upon arrival at the Swisscare I was greeted by friendly staff and by bags were taken to my room. I had a lovely evening meal on the beach whilst watching the full moon; a truly amazing sight.
Room
The room or 'suite' had 2 spacious seperate rooms with a bathrooms from each room. The lounge had 2 sofas (which were also proper single beds), coffee table, side table, dining table with 2 chairs, dressing table, TV with a wide variety of news and film channels, mini bar stocked with water, beer, wine and soft drinks, kettle and tea and coffee and a terrace with a wicker table and 2 chairs with comfy cushions. There was plenty of lighting and storage space with an electronic safe in the wardrobe. The bathroom was a good size with plenty of bath and hand towels.
The bedroom had one really big bed, further dressing table, TV, wardrobes, chairs, bathroom and terrace with identical furniture. The difference between the two terraces was that one was covered and one open, which was ideal as you could choose to sit in the sun or the shade! Both rooms had seperate air conditoning units, controlled by remote control with a variety of settings. The telephones were the old fashioned ones which was really nice! and the door bell chime was the tweet of birds!
The rooms were fabulous. It was lovely to sit in a seperate room and relax whilst watching TV and having a drink and since meals could be taken in the room the dining table was put to good use. The rooms would be ideal for families; no fighting for the TV, bathroom and a seperate room for the children to sleep in. The hotel offers a turn-down service in the evening and my room was cleaned daily and was spotless and had flowers in the lounge area.
Food
The food was great and plenty of it. It was all cooked fresh and served wherever I chose to eat it! - not a buffet in sight. I was lucky enough to choose whether to eat in my room, on the beach, in the pub or by the pool. Breakfast consisted of cereal, eggs done however you wanted them, bread and croissants, jams and butter, tea or cafetiere coffee and a fresh lemon drink. It was different to the buffets served in the big hotels but I imagine that if I had wanted anything in particular it could have been arranged and it was so relaxing to sit outside by the pool or on the beach and be served.
There was an extensive lunch and snack menu and very reasonable prices which could be had in the room, on the beach, by the pool or in the pub and restaurants. I would recommend the Koshari, a traditional egyptian dish of pasta, rice and fried onions served with a tasty tomato sauce and a seperate spicy sauce.
Evening meals were from a daily menu and were freshly prepared by the chef. They consisted of a soup, salad, main meal such as calamari, lamb, chicken and vegetable kebabs, all served with fresh vegetables, rice or potatoes.
Location and facilities
The hotel is situated right on the beach with the mountains behind so no-matter which way you face you get an amazing view of either the sea and mountains of Saudi-Arabia or the Sinai Mountains. As the hotel is so new the gardens are establishing themselves, there are fruit trees and lawns. The pool was absolutely great, extremely clean and cleaned daily. The chaise-lounge were really comfy; dark wood with thick matresses. Towels were provided and could be changed when necessary. On the beach the sun shades were huge and made of lovely wood and palm leaves. There was also an even larger bedouin style area which provided welcome shade and cool from the heat. The shops had not yet opened but there will be a dive shop, souvineer shops amongst others.
Entertainment
For the evening the pub had a good pool table, TV's and dart board and tables outside to sit and look out to the mountains. Watching the full moon rise after the sunset was great. We went to Tarabeen twice in the evening and sat looking under the stars. The atmosphere was great, especially as there was a power cut one evening and they lit lots of candles. I saw 2 shooting stars!
The staff were friendly and worked extremely hard. I was extremely well looked after.
This hotel was my idea of absolute bliss. The service was great and the surroundings amazing. It would suit those looking for a peaceful get-away, those who like to dive or snorkel and those exploring the region. I had a really relaxing week but there was lots to do excursion wise if you wanted. I was slightly apprehensive about travelling alone but I am really glad that I did it. I felt perfectly safe during my stay and would not hesitate to do it again. There are advantages and disadvantages to going half board or all inclusive but I actually preferred this to all inclusive as it felt so relaxed, tranquil and personal. The drink prices were reasonable and comparable to other hotels in the area and included all the taxes. The hotel might not suit those seeking the hustle and bustle associated with the larger resorts. The beauty of the size of the hotel is that it can offer the personal touches that the larger ones can not. I don't feel a review can fully do the surroundings and hotel itself justice! I can not wait to return in December.
