When I booked the holiday I was told that the hotel was a 3+ rating. Until we got there we found that it was a 2 star rating, which did reflect on the overall appearance of the hotel.
Pool area was very poor as the surrounding floor was uneven and in bad condition to walk on, edge of the pool was badly finished off.
Rooms cleaned daily to a good standard. Towels and
bed linen changed daily too. Sometimes the cleaner forgot towels so had to go to reception and ask.
what can I say about the food first two days ok in restaurant then it went down hill fast, i.e. luke warm and not much for English palete.
Recommend you eat out very cheap and lots of choice in Na ama Bay.
About 15min walk to main resort with lots of bars etc on the way.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
No entertainment.
We would go back to Na ama Bay resort, but not to this hotel.
But all in all had a great holiday good location for snorkling.
