Drinks are warm, unless you go to lobby bar. pool is dirty sick, faeces, seen on occasions.
Staff are nice though, but be warned are always on the lookout for making money out of you.
Rooms very basic definitely need updating. Good points the hotel is on a lovely beach plenty of fantastic snorkeling here. the restaurant has a fantastic bakery, lived off bread and croissants for 2 weeks !!.
Basically this hotel is in dire need of updating, also there is building work going on there, they are building new rooms, they open next week the hotel cannot cope with guests at the moment, long queues, pool full to capacity, so when these new buildings open, dread to think of queues then.

We stayed at the Hauza Beach resort in sharm ( Nabq bay area.
Arrival
We arrived in the night and were taken to our rooms by a bell boy but all put into a golf style van so no cases were carried which was a great help.
Rooms
The rooms were quite a size and very clean.
Bed were clean and bathroom etc was clean.
Beds made every day and towels changed.
We asked for adjoining rooms and got what we asked for.
Pool
Upon going out the next day we were astounded at the view from the pool it was magnificent.
The pool was clean and large and the kids loved it.
There was another pool down towards the beach with slided which the kids loved.
Again they were very clean
Hard to get a bed at the bottom pools and when you were there it was best to stay as the heat is unbearable.
There were towels free at the pool on a card system ( dont loose your card)
Food
The food was fantastic and the service great.
You sat down and they brought your drink, wine beer and water or soft drinks all in glasses and serrved immediately.
I always hate these people who complain about the food and say it was repetative.
What else can you get but fresh fruit, veg, meat and fish.
I bet they dont cook like that every day.
And yes the food was sometimes repetative but to be honest so is mine at home what else can you eat.
And yes sometimes it was foreign ie italian, russian and german but for gods sake your in a foreign country and if you cant try it dont go abroad.
Kids club
The kids club was alright my younger 7 year old loved it and they were normally around the pool so you could keep an eye on them and if they went anywhere they always brought the kids and asked you to apply more sun screen or for a hat etc which again was great.
Bar
The bar sold drinkstill what ever time 24 hrs which was a first.
Pool bar
The pool bar had vitamin drnks and fresh fruit cocktails but they went fast so be quick.
Delly belly
We were all ill with the usual but this is not ( as some said) food poisoning its just a change of diet and the fact your stomache is used to being cared for in england.
Immodium is no good. go into town and ask the pharmasist they speak good english and its about

Food was nice-not a lot of choice for the kiddies but they loved the freshly baked bread in the restaurant.
We are going back to Egypt in July-I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

After reading some very negative comments about the hotel and resort, we were a bit apprehensive. However, from the very first day the staff and service was impeccable - can't do enough to help you and if you tip them, they really look after you.
The food was OK - lots of choice - the menus did tend to be a bit repetitive but wasn't a problem for us. The bread rolls and croissants are baked on site and were divine.
We spent lots of time at the pools with the slides which was great fun. We didn't get down to the pool very early in the day but always managed to get sunbeds or deckchairs. I have never snorkeled before but went snorkeling off the beach and it was brilliant.
Didn't get involved in the entertainment really so can't comment on that and the kids club was only open for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening which was a bit disappointing.
Overall we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return again.

The hotel was great, grounds, rooms and facilities were kept immaculate, with what appeared to be a small army of staff ensure the standards were kept as described.
The food on the All Inclusive buffet basis was somewhat poor with a lot of repetition of choice. However, the Bakery department produced bread, rolls and croissants to die for.
The staff were superb and hard to pick out an area which was better than the others, perhaps the Beach Bar personnel could smile a bit more!
The beach was good, we used the 'Quite' beach all the time. Hammet, looking after this area, was really good, having cleaned up the beach area in the morning and having the towels waiting to place on your sun bed of choice.
The small Lagoon area at the beach was good to snorkel in but off the jetty was a sight out of this world. The corals and marine life fantastic. Good to see an attentive lifeguard at the end of the jetty.
Entertainment was plentiful during the day if you chose to join in, at night it was a matter of opinion.
Although the hotel is a bit out of Naama Bay, the shuttle bus at night ran regularily and for 45 EP for 2 persons, return was good value.

There really is no need to worry, this hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, not luxurious but good enough for the amount of time you spend in there.
The actual hotel is huge and the pools are fantastic, lots of different pools to relax in even a jacuzzi, my daughter had so much fun on the water slides and i have to say so did we!
The food is ok variety for kids isnt great but my daughter is fussy, but she still filled herself up with lovely breads and pasta. Staff in this hotel were so friendly and cauldnt do enough for you, especially in the restaurant.
The weather was the hottest I've ever experienced even in the night, so if you dont like the heat dont go in August!
All in all a great holiday and would visit again.

The hotel is very well laid out, the grounds are excellently kept, in fact people are seen maintaining them all through the day.
The pools are great with something for everyone especially families with small children. Our only problem was to take our 3-year-old son away from the pools at the end of each day.
The reef is simply amazing. We were prepared to go diving but did not feel the need to as we were entirely satisfied with the snorkelling at the hotel's private beach.
The food was well varied, all buffet style and with something for everyone's tastes.
The staff were great and very efficient and helpful.
The only tiny drawback was the location. It is a bit far from Naama Bay, so if you intend to go there at all times of the day, be prepared to take taxis as the shuttle bus is not so often.
We would definitely go back to the Hauza for the things mentioned above and for the magnificent view we had of Tirana Island from our room.
