Couples only resort right on very clean beach with rows of sun beds. The hotel its gardens, rooms and staff are wonderful, it is all inclusive via Thomson holidays and the variety quality and quantity of food has to be seen to be believed.
The rooms are large with huge beds and a sitting area, lovely balcony with quality seats and views of the sea, top quality bed linen and huge bath towels and robes.
A choice of 4 restaurants our favourites being the blue marine which is mainly outside and in the day the beach bars snacks were wonderful.
I hate 'package' holidays and haven't been on one for 17 years but wanting some winter sun from my local airport choice was extremely restricted and once at the hotel it was wonderful. Could not find fault with it at all.
Although we didn't use them there are 2 outdoor and one indoor swimming pools with plenty of sun beds.

This was our second year in a row here. Last year we went B&B but the food in Sharm is terrible so decided all inclusive this year, what a fantastic decision that was.
Many of the staff recognised us and as last year, were more than friendly and helpful.
The beach is incredible and always have loads of sunbeds available.
The entertainment is the only thing I would give less than 5 star for, ...much less !
Everything about our room was spotless and cleaned daily.
We were treated like Royalty during our stay and "Palace" fits the bill perfectly.

This is a fantastic hotel, just what you would expect for a Thomson 5* Platinum Hotel. Towels available for beach/pool clean every day.
Hotel very well kept and rooms cleaned to a very high standard.
Hotel is not in resort of Sharm El Shek so if you are looking for a busy, lively hotel this is not the one for you. It is very much a couples hotel for a relaxing holiday.
I would recommend this hotel without exception and will certainly go again - the sooner the better!!

Wow what a holiday. Just got back from a weeks holiday is Egypt and it was the best holiday ever.
I work for Thomson (travel agents) so I decided to book this hotel as it's a Thomson platinum and I am glad I did. Hotel is fab! Very clean (the staff are always cleaning, the staff are so friendly and will do anything for you.
We went bed and breakfast and it was nice( great selection).
This hotel is in old Sharm and there isn't a great selection of restaurants so we took advantage of the free shuttle bus into Namma bay were you can get MacDonald's, pizza hut, kfc etc.
You get free beach towels at this hotel every day so we didn't use any of our towels we brought which was great.
Weather was very hot we couldn't believe we were lying on a beach in November.
We felt very safe as there is police everywhere and you have a policeman plus guards at this hotel.
