I stayed All Inclusive at this hotel with my partner from 10-17 March 2011 and we had a wonderful time.
The general cleanliness of the hotel is very good; the bathrooms could do with a little facelift but were still clean.
The food was great as far as we were concerned. I am very fussy but there was always something I liked and it was all fresh and hot. My partner tried pretty much everything and liked all of it! If there was something you wanted that wasn't there the chefs were happy to cook it for you.
The location was fine for us, about 10-15 minute walk to Naama Bay and we walked the majority of the time - the back route could be said to be more asthetically pleasing than the front but we liked both.
Space nightlclub is directly behind the hotel but since it wasnt open when we were there I dont know what the noise levels may be like.
We couldn't fault the staff at all - they were all wonderful and couldn't do enough to help you, as long as you treat them how you expect to be treated yourself; the amount of people who are rude/obnoxious/ignorant to the staff is disgusting as they are all lovely.
The entertainment was almost non existent as the hotel was so quiet. When we arrived there was only one member of the animation team, though another arrived on our 4th day - they tried their best and I enjoyed morning stretching with them! They also did a range of other daytime activities and limited evening ones but we went to Naama Bay in the evenings anyway so that was fine for us.
We would definitely visit the hotel again but would go for longer than a week :)

When to this hotel book it for our honeymoon we ask for a pool or sea view we got single beds and a fantastic view of a brick wall, with a building site and building work going on in the next 8 rooms,. The food was under cooked and just warm,the restaurant manger was like basil faulty always fighting with the staff in full view of the guest never again .

Very basic hotel, on arrival the room was made up with two single beds and a couch, which had to be made into bed even though we ordered a suite. The waterpark was good for kids but the water was freezing, aparantly they were told not to heat it. There is only two bars within the whole hotel complex, one at pool which is where the entertainment is supposed to be (all russian based)a lot of russians in this hotel. Another very small bar in hotel beer from bottles in small plastic glasses. Food is very poor quality and not hot. Many people suffered very bad tummy upsets. Resort fantastic but would not stay in this hotel again.
