The Ritz Carlton - one of the best hotels ever experienced.
Rooms spacious, well furnished and very clean. Loved the chocolate touch in the evening.
The food was extremely good, plenty of variety and presentation beautiful and care taken in preparation and presentation.
Beautiful area and easy access to the main resort which was friendly, plentiful with restaurants and shops, must barter start one third of asking price and don't ask the price unless you want the item. Gems and stones good prices, make up to suit request and taste. Watch for the blue and white taxis - crazy drivers but cheap! Snorkling fantstic - must see.
staff at the hotel are fantastic. Very caring, wiolling and entusiastic, attentive and professional to the hilt. Second to none, so willing to please. Genuine.
Going back next year with SCUBU qualifiations to enjoy the beautiful qualities of the sea more.
One of the best locations and certainly the best hotel ever been to.

We have just returned from the Ritz Carlton and I must agree with what everyone else has said. It was out of this world. Everything was perfect in everyway. The hotel staff could not do enough for you and made you feel so welcome. The food was lovely and the rooms were massive. Naama Bay was great for shops and restaurants. The only criticism we have is that the egypt wine tastes like TCP. The Italian wine costs about

First of all, I would like to cover the hotel itself. The Ritz is immaculate, from the huge marble foyer to the comfortable suites.
The expansive grounds are a joy to walk through and there is not even a stray leaf on a path. The suites are servived twice daily and the level of personal touches to the room service was enough to make me fall in love with the hotel.
From rose petals on the beds to inventive folding of the linen. Even my girlfriend's teddy bear was placed in creative locations around and on the bed.
One day, having returned from swimming in the ocean, I found my mobile phone (that I had casually tossed on to one of the marble tables) had been lovingly placed in the hands of the teddy bear at the head of the bed.
Another example was on my last night and I returned to find the same bear sitting in a towel sculpture of a boat with rose petals around it.
Some may not like this sort of attention to detail, but I do. It also showed how trustworthy the staff of the Ritz Sharm El Sheikh are.
The food in any of the retaurants was excellent. I recommend the Lebanese Fayrous. Try the mixed Mezzeh for starters and dont expect to want any else to follow. Delicious, fun to eat and filling.
The table service was exactly what I expected from a 5 star supreme hotel.
The location is interesting. Sharm El Sheikh was an unusal place. Don't expect anything more than a collection of desert roads and unfinished hotel projects. That said, there was no active construction across the entire region during my stay and if there were, the grounds of the Ritz are so massive and secluded that nothing would ever be audiable or visable.
The hotel has no real beach to speak of, so will not be suitable to children expecting a nice sandy place to play. It is amazing for adults wanting to scuba dive and/or snorkel. 'Amazing' simply does not cover this.
The reef on the Ritz shoreline and beyond is considered one of the best diving locations in the world.
The staff were incredibly friendly, professional and lacked the usually snobbery that some staff have in other 5 star hotels around the world.
The entertainment is tasteful, light hearted and at times breathtaking.
I would say that the Ritz is a perfect hotel for couples without children. There was little for children to do as there was no suitable beach. That said, the massive pools were immaculate and the chlorine regulated daily. Even with a very low chlorine level in the pool, it was still very clean.
Would I visit the Ritz again? Yes. In fact I enjoyed it so much, that I am returning with my partner in Decemeber, only 6 months after my first visit.

This hotel is absolutely fabulous. From the moment we arrived to the day we left, we had a superb time. The staff are simply outstanding, friendly, hard working, always smiling and enthusiastic, from the managers, to the waiters, the porters, to the ground staff, perfect in every way. The rooms are superb, we had a Ramsis Suite, turn down twice a day, clean and very luxurious. The highlight has to be the lazy river, jump on a lilo and simply float around the large waterpark. The food was very nice and not expensive either. Always plenty of subeds, and the pools and surrounding area is kept immaculately clean. Stop reading and book now, if you've already booked get ready for an amazing experience.

We went to the Ritz Carlton for a 'chill out' week which is exactly what we got! The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in - the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the food was excellent - plenty of choice for all tastes, the hotel grounds were perfectly looked after and the pools were beautiful and again extremely clean. The rooms were wonderful -no complaints at all. We celebrated a birthday whilst there - the bed was decorated with rose petals etc and a birthday card and delicious cake arrived courtesy of the hotel and staff (we had not requested the cake either!) The hotel is a little distance from the town, but it is very easy to hop on the hotel mini bus or order a taxi. The entertainment is fairly limited, but we think that is beter than being bullied into sing-a-longs or bingo! We would definitely return to this hotel.

This is a gorgeous hotel.
Fantastic time of year to go, the weather is just perfect!!
The Ritz Carlton Hotel is everything you could wish for a luxurious christmas holiday.
I am not a huge fan of the egyption food, anywhere, there is a lot of meat involved, and it's not really to my taste, but breakfast is fantastic, so you don't need an awful lot after that anyway, and I always come home feeling slightly healthier, due to being slightly trimmer, and not being greedy on holiday, as I am in other country's! so it's not that bad and everything else makes up for it!!
I definately recommend the Ritz Carlton Hotel!!! Beautiful!!
