I booked this hotel on the internet and so looked it up on the reviews after booking.

The hotel was immaculatly clean throughout my stay and the owner of the hotel asked me daily, along with other staff, if I was happy with the accommodation and was there anything they could do to improve it.

The head chef had recently been awarded the prestigious red star for the food he produced which was excellent and catered to all tastes.

Do no go here !. The hotel looks as if it went bankrupt and has been taken over by squatters (management).

There are no facilities, other than an unclean freezing cold pool and a sinle pool table. There is no entertainment other than watching new guests queing for the complaint forms from their reps.

The hygene is very poor, tables uncleared, dirty tablecloths, warm to cold food etc.

The food, other than the bread, was terrible - the same thing for lunch and dinner and not much change throughout the week

They did not repair my mini bar (not a mini bar at all, just a fridge) after daily complaints. The satellite reception for the BBC was never working, the toilets only cleaned once a week, the sheets and pillow cases dirty etc etc.

We did not speak to a single person that was not complaining about this heotel.

This hotel is the pits.

Arrived early evening and our room was not made up, still had remains from when the previous guests left.

The food was so boring and the same for lunch & dinner, definitely not 4 star standard.

Bathroom had no shower gel, hair shampoo, one towel for 2 people, toilet was unclean until they finally put bleach down it on our last day.

Absolutely no entertainment during our stay. Everyone congregated in hotel reception which had a cold atmosphere and a 'muslim' bar which had hardly any spirits, no tonic water, had to pay for a bottle of water (this is meant to be all inclusive), beer served up in white paper cups as they had run out of glasses.

Every guest had a bored look on their faces as there was nothing to do.

No facilities whatsoever.

On arriving at this hotel on November 14th we found all the faults described by other holiday makers. However from the 2nd week of our holiday things improved dramatically.

Glasses replaced paper cups in the bar. Tables were cleared almost immediately, food although still repetitive was hot. Waiters served drinks at dinner and there were candles on the tables.

The swimming pool was cleaned and the staff were very attentitive. This was in no small part due to the restaurant manger and his team who are to be commended.
Although still lacking in entertainment.

I feel that this Hotel will soon be up there among the top ten in Sharm and am glad we chose not to move to other accommodation with other holiday makers. We would certainly stay there again as it was a quiet location.

Yours sincerely

The Husa Royal Paradise Resort Hotel is very clean and offers a good standard of accommodation. The resort has very good swimming pools suitable for all standards. Unfortunately thats as good as it gets. The food was cold, poor and lacked variation therefore eat out. Rooms were subject to power cuts and suffered daily water shortages. The hotel entrance hall was similar to a waiting room where guests of all nationalities would loiter each evening around the only available bar. The only entertainment was a pool table which was only available after 10am and table tennis available until 5pm. The Med Hotel website description of the Husa Royal is very vague for obvious reason, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel was clean apart from them plumbing sewage onto the grass in the early hours of the morning. To be honest it stank! There was a show once a week apart from that nothing. Also there was only one bar open, which was the lobby bar; you could not sit around the pool bar of a night as this was also closed.
Would not recommend it to anyone.

This was the first time we went all inclusive so we did not know what to expect. We went to Egypt because the kids had wanted to see the pyramids.

On arrival at the hotel it looked very nice but after the first day we found many problems. We could not get any drinks or food because the staff at reception had not given us a band to wear, the food was terrible and we went out for meals every night.

On the second day my partner was nearly electrocuted because our mobile phone blew up because of the faulty wiring, a week later it did exactly the same thing with another item, the staff who came to fix it just laughed {we have 3 children aged 8, 7, 5 it could have been one of them plugging their gameboys in}

The entertainment was one man only dancing to a cd and getting the odd child to dance.

The so called private beach was shared with the hotel next door and people who came from another hotel on a minibus.

Staff could have been more polite.

The swimming pool was very mucky and they cleaned it whist you were in it.

We found that the other foreign guest did not appreciate the British especially ones with children

The best thing on this holiday was the weather and the friends that we made

Would not go to this hotel again even if it was free
