Try to get a sea view room overlooking the lovely gardens and sea.
The buffet is excellent and we did not get sick.
Amazing place.

You must upgrade to the best rooms, as all rooms in need of new furniture and decor etc. must have a seaborne or pool view room too.
Charging for wifi in this day and age is disgusting hotels just making money out of you for all extras.

Staff very helpful, good food, rooms very clean. The staff go out of their way to help you day or night. Try the Italian restaurant, it has good steak and you will go back again.

Room 1210, spacious and quiet over looking the swimming pool.
Onions is a good restaurant to try, but being on the all inclusive, we did not try, but a lot of guests did.
Deluxe & Superior rooms in the main hotel.

Even number rooms face the sun, odd number rooms are on the dark side and never see the sun.

We tended to stay in our hotel although we did visit Narma bay twice. We didn't get hassled at all and browsed around several shops.
We ate in pizza hut which was lovely and cheap £7.00 for 3 of us including drinks and we also ate in Kentucky whish was £6.00 for 3. The ice cream shop next to Kentucky is alo worth a vist with real strawberry sauce.
We also visited the fair which my little one loved went on almost every ride for about £3.00.
Went to Kirosez beach on the free shuttle bus and my hubby loved the snokelling we have some amazing photos of the fish! It cost 40 egphtian pounds each to get in but you can have drinks and food using yout all inclusinve band. Definately recommended.

The Aqua Park cost the equivalent of £60 for four of us, but it was a whole day’s entertainment, there were no large queues for any of the rides. One tip were your flip plops to the top of the rides and take them on the ride, you will need them when you finish as the pavements are hot!!!
Food in the hotel is a little limited in taste and variety, we always eat in town, one of our favourite places being the Pomodora a great Italian restaurant with even better prices. Staff there are attentive, polite and very efficient.
We have tried other restaurants within Namma and have not found a bad one yet, if you like fresh seafood then the place to go is Old Sharm, and visit the Sinai Star, a little rough and ready but the food is fresh, wholesome and above all great value £26 for 6 people all eating Calamari, Prawns, Lobster tails, fish, rice and Arabic bread and soft drinks. The restaurant does not serve alcohol; but you can purchase it from the off licence or the Egyptian equivalent and take it in with you, a bottle of Egyptian red, white, rose costs approx £4.70.

The resort of Naama bay is very touristy and you are constantly pestered to come into shops, but a firm no thank you is enough and they leave you alone.

Naama bay was a very good place to visit if you like shopping and eating out because there are some very nice restaurants. I felt a bit pressured to go into the shops because the owners are very forceful.

Naama Bay is an experience!good bargains but if you are a mother 40 with your 16yr old daughter you get pestered by every egyptian offering marriage. Beware of the perfume guys they get you by offering you a gift then lock the doors till you buy can be quite scary. You have to be rude and not look them in the eye to get away.

The resort of Palmyria was more like a lost city with very little to do. The resort is actually just a road of hotels and nothing else. No shops, bars, restaurants, cafes, nothing just hotels.
Very bland and you were restricted to your hotel, so if you dont like the hotel you are in, then it is going to be a long holiday. Please please please think carefully about your hotel choice before making your booking and learn from my misfortune on my visit to what i was hoping would have been a dream holiday. I was very disappointed....

Our hotel was 14 km outside of Naama Bay. We only visited Naama Bay once during our stay, where we ate in the excellent Hard Rock Cafe. Food very cheap and good quality and portions, but cocktails expensive (between ₤7 and ₤10 each!) Tried them anyway though!
Good lively atmosphere along the main strip, very colourful, but shopkeepers can be persistent. Just smile and politely say no thanks and they will leave you alone. If they do manage to 'capture' you in their shop, don't feel obliged to buy something you don't want, they will let you go eventually, - honest!! Most of them are just being friendly, so try not to feel intimidated.

The resort itself is fantastic.
Naama Bay is buzzing with nightlife and in particular the hard rock cafe is well worth a visit.
The resort is very clean and well located.
The beach was lovely with plenty of watersports.
I would definately return to Sharm el Sheikh but only in the cooler months.
