Hi readers ,
Please be aware six weeks have passed since we went on holiday so looked forward to spending time away. Our holiday was miss sold to us and park dean took our money. We were sold a holiday with fishing only to find there was no fishing attached is my first post we are still fighting for a full refund but the company is that big they are not taking us seriously. I have no alternative but to keep posting hoping that I help some other poor family. They have now taken the fishing off the web site so that is an admission of guilt.
The holiday was meant to be a great family time however it's been a nightmare and very stress full period and to be honest stress is the last thing I need. Please share Park Dean are a utter disgrace.

Just comeback from a short break at Ruda Holiday Park
stayed in a Hartland Caravan which was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay.
The staff were all very helpful and friendly on the site and the shop was as you would expect had everything you would need but at a premium price as is to be expected.
We all loved the Cascades pool and the food from the coast bar was again as to be expected for an on site bar/restuarant.
In short we had a good time and would go back to that site no hesitation.

very good caravan, very clean and all mod cons included. very near to all facilities on the site and to the beach. went may day week it was booked early and got a brilliant price for the week's holiday.the caravan site was very well maintained and clean and staff very friendly and helpful.
