We booked for a 2 night stay in February, Arrived at 11.40 check in wasnt until 12 noon but they let us check in anyway we had a non smoking executive room on the 5 Floor, the room was faultless had all the facilities you could think of, (if you do forget anything toothbrush, tooth paste etc) just ring the reception and they will send it up. Mini - Bar is in the room also although this is at a cost, but if you read the welcome pack you will find that it does stock some complimentary things (water, orange juice, kitkat bar)

Everything was in close range the V&A museum and also the Natural History Museum, even Harrods, anything further afield I would recommend The Original Tour Bus
company purchase a Ticket and you can jump on and off as much as you like they even supply headphones for commentary (although in the summer months this is live)
We were able to see Buckingham Palace, Tower of London,
Marble Arch, Kensington Gardens, Hyde Park, Big Ben, St Pauls, Also recommended is The Guitar Exhibition in Harrods, and the Kylie Exhibition at the V & A.

One word of warning we got the coach there and a private hire taxi to the hotel, dont use the private hire stall just inside the bus station it cost us

I was really pleased on arrival at this hotel. It is just off the main road, and just a stones throw from the Ritz and in a good position for all the main attractions etc

I found the staff to be polite and professional, always calling you sir or madam. You leave you car keys with them and they will park you car in the secure car park attached to the hotel. This costs

Although the official classification for this hotel is a 4 star, personally I believe 3 is more appropriate. It's a little shabby in places.

We got a good deal on a quad room with two double beds, with breakfast, for the four of us, for
