I stayed at this hotel whilst visiting my work London offices. The location of the hotel in relation to the offices was extremely handy. It is very close to Oxford Street (5 / 10 minute walk) and all the bars / restaurants at St. Christophers Place.
The hotel itself was not the greatest, in fact I have stayed in better Travel Lodges. The rooms were very old and shabby with extremely old furniture. The room was also very hot and there wasn't any air con so I had to leave the window open all night which was quite noisy. I agree with the shower temperature, it seemed to have a mind of its own!
Continental breakfast was included however we did not have this.
All in all the hotel was handy for where we needed to be. I would recommend a lick of paint, new bedding etc in order to entice people back a second time.
