The only proper service we got was from the dining room , rest of the time didn't get any kind of service and if asked for anything they just couldn't care. Need more staff , better training , everything needs updating

Offer an option for a sea view room on booking, offer a quiet part of the hotel with no families. Change the key card system as my key card was failing regularly and needed re programmed.

All rooms are 5 star standard.there are 3 restaurants in the hotel.
If you find the room too hot,turn down the thermostat on the radiator.

The best rooms are the suites. The Doubles and Twins
Blackpool Town is fun. My fave restaurant is the Thai restaurant Boonaks. And the clubs and pubs. Flying handbags. Funny girls
Any floor for rooms, all good. The Bar is awesome

Blackpool is a great holiday place, loads to do down the seafront, flea market was and is excellent. Tram rides were excellent.
