During the coldest Easter on recent record the central heating broke down. The agents, Suffolk Cottage Holidays, were hopeless. They offered us an alternative four days into the week just as the central heating was about to start working. We expected a modest refund but it was bluntly refused. They claim to offer: "service of the highest possible standard with an attention to detail that is second to none." They have to be joking! Beware.
