Have just returned from our tour to Leeds Christmas and Grassington.First of all after the last passengers were picked up at Middlesborough, the driver drove quite a way down the road before telling us about emergency exits and where first aid kit and fire ext: was no didn't even tell us his name nor any information,apart from Friday night when he told us what time we were leaving and even someone had to ask what time he wanted our cases down to load up.
the Hotel rooms were freezing folk even coming to dining room with coats on' after one of our trips out phoned down to ask if we could have some heating on in the rooms only to be told HEATING TIMED FOR 6pm and went off by 10pm mornings on at 6am and off before 10am
