Lovely clean hotel, staff and tui reps really friendly (and the elves) lots going on, just didn't have enough hours in the day. Husky and snow mobiles great fun although the children got cold cold on sleigh pulled by snow mobile it was -29 though. Food at hotel not great and quite cold most of the time, kids meals were nuggets and chips, so not any variety for them, overall a great time was had by all

We stayed at the snow princes Hotel it was very clean rooms were basic but clean staff and reps very pleasent and helpful trips to snow Village was great husky rides were only tasters but well worth it santa was good for kids was with him for 10_15 minutes ice hotel was amazing garla night lot people there food was OK rep's put on a pantomime was good fireworks after were good second day went on snow mobile but booked it there which was less than half the price of tui trips also went on cross country skiing will kids the hire shop charged us £60 for 4 of us to hire everything for 2 hours it was great fun for all so hotel as staff were great with kids and any problems you have great holiday would definitely go again with tui just don't pay there prices for trips as cheeper there

The hotel was lovely. I wanted a traditional hotel rather than one with all mod cons. It was simple, clean and had all that myself and my 4 year old daughter needed. We were rarely in our room due to the hectic schedule of our holiday.
We are both fussy eaters yet managed to find food we liked each meal time from toast, cereals and cooked for breakfast and chips, pasta, soups, salad and fresh bread for other meal times. Drinks on offer were fruit juice, water and hot drinks including hot chocolate.
The location was idyllic. Not too isolated and not too busy.The grounds were large enough to sledge in.
Staff were great and would do anything to help if needed. As were the First Choice reps. They were always about and couldn't do enough for you. My 4 year old enjoyed the Kid's Club Christmas Party and once I had downed a few wines, the pub quiz and Gale night were a blast.
My only moan is the shower. It was freezing. I have heard however that if you showered midday when no-one else did the water was warm!
I guess a holiday is what you make of it. We loved every minute. I would so go back.

The hotel snow princess is fantastic and the location is also fantastic the food was plentiful and something different every day, if their was entertainment we missed it enjoying ourselfs sledging. what we thoroughly enjoyed was the ski mobiles which we hired opposite the hotel 2nd hire shop down the hill at 30 euroes per hour make sure u take ure driving licence,all in all fantastic break however it is expencive now as the euro is the currency,

We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is clean, the staff friendly but the beer expensive. However, if you know all this beforehand you are prepared. The rooms were basic, clean and the sauna a godsend after a hard days playing in the snow. The location was perfect with not too many tourists!, the supermarket was a nice stroll away with reindeer often crossing your path. There were a few souvenir shops which were beautiful in themselves to look around. The food was OK, but what do you expect, English Food!!!! The kids club provided was top notch and our children absolutely loved it and we felt comfortable leaving the children there. Be advised you are expected to stay within the hotel grounds which is fair enough. I cannot fault anything, it was a fantastic holiday, the reps were brill and our elf was kindness in herself and a nutter!!! Everybody will enjoy themselves!!

Fantastic. We absolutely loved this place. The hotel was basic but warm and cosy. I didnt think much of the food but I think that it is just down to personal choice and my partner & kids found it ok. The scenery is amazing it truly is a winter wonderland. The reps & the elves were fantastic. We all had a fabulous time and would definately return. Would like to try a different resort next time. Just one word of warning it is very expensive at the moment due to the euro exchange rate so if you plan on doing any of the trips you do need quite a lot of money. The snowmobile trek is fab I would definately reccomend. You will love it here.

The Snow Princess has 80 rooms all with a sauna, rooms are small but comfortable there are two floors but no lifts.
There is a large dinning room with buffet meals. Food was ok and plentyful.
Rooms cleaned every day and bar area was very clean.
There is a kids play area that kept them busy reps looked after the kids if you wanted them too.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
As we went here for Christmas we did not stay in for the entertainment we were too busy playing in the snow in the hotel grounds which was fantastic with views you can only see on a christmas card.
All in all this hotel was fantastic, the Christmas of my dreams I would definitely go back

After booking this holiday, we heard reports of some Lapland holidays not coming up to scratch which was obviously a concern.
On arrival, we found the hotel to be very welcoming, warm, clean and staff very friendly.
Our room was not too small and had a sauna which was fantastic after an action packed day of activities. Even though the restaurant was never very full, the staff were continually bringing out fresh, hot food which was absolutely delicious. Our 6 year old daughter was more than happy with the selection on offer and was a huge fan of the ice cream.
The staff (or rather Elves) looking after the activities were fantastic and were constantly playing with the children.
The scenery was unbelievable and Deer roamed freely on in the grounds.
We had planned this as a once in a lifetime holiday but we have found ourselves collecting brochures for another 3 or 4 day trip this December.
The smile on all our faces lasted for weeks!
