Stayed in this hotel in February 05. The location is amazing, in the middle of Latin Q. You can walk to all the sights.
The staff was nice but reserved. The room was not ready till 3PM the actual check-in time. We flew from New York and I was 5 months pregnant and it was freezing cold, they made us wait till exactly 3 o'clock.
The rooms are very small, so small that you can't really walk without jumping around your own bags. Shower room is tiny but very clean and was renovated recently. For Paris it is a very nice place to stay.
Breakfasts are good but way too expensive in comparison to what you can get on the street.
