This little hotel was a real find. It was located in a small quite square 3 minutes walk from the Montparnasse Tower. The rooms have recently been upgraded and were excellent for a 2 star hotel, Even had air conditioning but no tea making facilities. The bathroom was top notch. There was lift from reception to all floor, but the reception was on the foist floor so we had walk up a flight of stairs to get there. therefore may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. The staff were all friendly, helpful and efficient and spoke English. breakfast was pretty poor and a waste of time the dining area was very small and we had to wait for a table and then be served with the most basic of breakfast. All in all we can recommend this hotel both for room quality, position and value but would suggest it is booked on a room only basis, forget the poor breakfast a waste of money. A great position for sightseeing with the metro just around the corner and on a direct line to the Gard du Nord if travelling by Eurostar like us. There is also a selection of reasonably priced restaurants locally.
