The hotel met our needs, we had a clean ground floor room in an annexe, usual services - hairdryer, TV, safe, tea and coffee making facilities. Would want more cupboard space if staying any longer than a couple of nights.
Centrally situated in the lovely old town of Montreuil-sur-mer - fine for a short break away. We didn't use the restaurant as we wanted to try a couple we had read about. We also didn't have breakfast there as it was 14 euros per person, and we could get a very nice breakfast for 7 euros in the town square.
They also charged 14 euros per night to park off the road, but we parked for free outside the window of our room behind the hotel.
