Good points - stunning views, very photogenic hotel, handful of helpful/friendly staff (Maria, Mario and front desk lady), good quality furniture & sunloungers.
Bad points - lacks space, majority of facilities were unavailable/non-existent, food was cheap ingredients and apart from chips and fish fingers trays of food didn't get replenished when empty, drinks poor quality (except beer), room was a tight squeeze, area for evening entertainment was sufficient for a maximum of a dozen people.
Review - Extremely disappointed visit to a so-called luxury resort, which was so bad that my 8yo daughter and mother were left in tears at breakfast. We left within 48 hours as was so poor and moved to a luxury all inclusive hotel.
The hotel's website offered lots of facilities that they did not have - Bus to beach, Cinema Room, Relaxation Room, Greek lessons and Greek Cooking Lessons as well as a Pool Bar.
Lack of any fresh food was appalling, and there was no taste. I skipped the breakfast, as did many other other guests.
Greek food is delicious but not here.
Serving fish fingers and mashed potato for adults at lunchtime is far from luxury. Chips and a poor salad appeared to be everyone's favourite, although many skipped lunch as well. Tables and chairs were lovely, but nowhere near enough seating for the number of guests.
Big queues for evening meal due to lack of tables and chairs.
Bedroom we were given was tiny, two bunk beds and a double bed. Hotel put in writing before arrival that sofa bed and twin beds would be in our room. The receptionist admitted that we were in the wrong room, yet nothing was done to swap rooms.
Pool area had fab views and good quality loungers. But no staff to pick up empty glasses and rubbish nor clean the spilt drinks.
Stair rails were loose and falling apart, which was dangerous.
Penny-pinching hotel that offers zero luxury. Relieved to have moved to enjoy the delights of Corfu.
Would not recommend.

Photogenic hotel with a number of good staff (Mario, Maria and front desk manager) and fabulous views.
Yet failed in every way as facilities listed on website were non-existent including a Pool Bar that had yet to be completed despite the hotel opened in May 2018.
Food was diabolical, not enough to feed the number of guests so just as well that it was constantly rejected!
Cheapest ingredients used, and had to personally complain to hotel manager when fish fingers and mashed potato was served for lunch. Food and drinks quality were far from luxurious, and would not warrant suitable for a 1-star establishment.
Room we were given, two bunk beds and a double bed, was not the correct one the hotel reception admitted but they did nothing to change it.
We were disappointed by the food more than anything else, which had my 8 year old daughter and mother in tears at breakfast as so bad - it was terrible and I couldn't find one thing to eat. Wasn't surprised to learn that other guests skipped breakfast and lunch.
Under staffed hotel that is brilliant at cost-cutting and does not offer what it advertises on their website. Have demanded a refund as the very worst hotel ever visited. Moved to a proper all inclusive afterwards that was excellent.
Read the reviews about this hotel, best to ignore those dubious ones with only 1 or 2 contributions, before you decide whether to book it or not.
Hotel is outstandingly photogenic. Very disappointed that we booked it, frustrating that we wasted almost 40 hours there.
