Positive first, staff were very helpful but please don't be fooled by all inclusive at this hotel it has to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel is dated, fair enough, but filthy, smelly, and the food is awful and cold, the bar if you can get served is to be honest, dreadful, they give you plastic glasses that have been run under the tap. There is another bar that is great but not all inclusive and quite expensive, the truth is this hotel is not for brit's there is nothing to eat or drink that you could keep down, so if you are unlucky and end up here, take plenty of money you will need it.
We contacted On The Beach who never helped us and since we came home are still in denial, we will never book with them again dreadful.
