if you have not booked dont because of the Hotel name change we found it difficult to find reviews before booking.we discovered from other web sites there where problems so we went with a open mind
The hotel had been advertised as 5* All inc In fairnes our room was very good 4* with sea view which we had not paid the extra But thats where the high ratings stop.
The food was appalling mostly salad based often the dishes kept re appearing at every meal time, disguised as something else there where no eggs at breakfast.The puddings where ice cream or jelly if you where lucky.
The bar service during the day time was ok but when the snacks came they lasted about 20 seconds but at night you had to wait 15 mins to be served (no diet drinks)the bar closed at 11pm then it was pay bar still with the same cheapo drinks.
Please remember if booking this is the only hotel in the location

this is not a 4*moor like 2* no pool towels or bottled water,wine and spirits very poor quality,lift kept breaking down.food very poor, never hot.the view good from balcony if you could stand the sewerage smell.the main bar did not open the first 3 days,and one night all bars shut,was told they had a problem.
