By it's definition the bb escape was not going to be full of wild nightlife and nor would we have wanted such -however, there is little choice unless visiting nearby kassiopi which provides welcome opportunity for decent beer or meal.
aqualand was great but parents beware of the very bumpy journey required to get there.
as mentioned, beach great and we found the people away from the hotel - especially locals, very friendly.

The entertainment wasnt really very good but the kids found it ok and it entertained them for a couple of hours.

The beach to the left of th gates is a really nice beach we didnt go to the other one to the right.

The resort itself was very clean

There is nothing in St Spyridon apart from a couple of shops, car hire, 3 tavernas and a church. Acharavi is about 3 miles away, Kassiopi, 6 miles away. Acharavi is a long street with roads off to the beach full of the usual tourist shops and restaurants. Kassiopi is a harbour which is more traditinal and bustles till quite late. Acharavi beach is beautiful and sandy. Kassiopi has a coral reef to explore and is small but gorgeous.

St Spiridon is an isolated but nice resort to stay in.Generally it was clean.

Resort entertainment was poor, having to travel to Acharivi or Sidari.

There were two small sandy beaches but there were better ones we saw as we travelled around Corfu.

The lack of varied entertaiment would be the only thing that would stop us from visiting this resort again.

The resort is remote but we knew that when we booked.
The hotel run a courtesy bus to Kassiopi, which is lovely, and Acaravi which we didn't like as much.

There are two beaches by the hotel, the left hand one is lovely and is shallow for quite a distance, the right hand one has some seeweed issues but gets better waves. The price for 2 sunbeds and a parasol on the beach is 8 euros.

There are a couple of tavernas just outside of the hotel along with a few well stocked shops. Tanyas travel (near the left hand beach) is much cheaper than the reps but we did book one trip with the reps to give them the commission.
The water park near Acaravi is a really good day out and much cheaper than Aqualand.

This resort is very quiet, the small beach is a good retreat from the noisey pool and a good escape from all those bored children. You can hire sun beds from the lovely man who owns the bar (who was even nice enough to do a Shirley Valentyne and take a table a two chairs to the waters edge for me and my friend). The resort is very clean and the cleaners work around the clock to maintain the standards to both the accomodation and the grounds. The free bus into neighbouring towns is also a blessing but overall a bit too quiet for me and too many children who seem also quite bored!!

We love the resort there is not much there the beach is great and the couple off bars there are lovely, but be aware that because it is remote and they have no competition it works out just less than £3.00 for a pint!!! so it is not particulary cheap.

Very clean. The apartments very big and spacious maid service everyday.

My daughter enjoyed the kids club. The First Choice reps were brilliant - fab she says!

The adult entertainment not much detail on that because of the mozzies ate my husband at night time.

The beach not what the brochure says lot of seaweed a little walk by a road so be careful if you have children not a busy one but used.

The resort is quiet - really only the hotel complex (told this when booking). There were 4 shops and a few tavernas. The shops were very good stocking most things you would want, they all had the usual holiday pressies and inflatable pool toys. We felt that the prices were very reasonable. Didn't visit any of the tavernas. The beach to the left is the biggest and cleanest and the sea was great for the kids. The other beach is smaller and had more shingle/sea weed.
The views are fantastic and everything is lovely and green.
There didn't seem to be much litter lying around and generally it all seemed tidy enough.
Took hotel bus to nearby town (Kassopi) and it was lovely with some nice shops and a pleasant harbour area, worth a visit.
