Fantastic holiday and you will not be disappointed with the Olga, I promise.
The Olga Beach Studios are a small building consisting of about 16 studio apartments with a small but nice pool, they are 40 feet to the seafront "and what a beautiful seafront " and 40 feet from the main road, that is full from one end to the other end with bars shops and restaurants. A perfect location, and all on the flat.
The studio's are basic but above average. They are bright and airy and in good condition with a fridge, kettle and two ringed cooker, and are kept very clean. There is a small but very nice bar for a beer, wine or snack with stunning views and Nikos or Yannis will tend to your every need. The whole place is friendly and welcoming. One night when it was raining Nikos and Yannis came out from behind the bar to entertain us, Nikos was playing the spoons and Yannis played the harmonica and then he started to tap dance, all was very funny until Nikos began singing, that really put a hold on the fun. Overall great place to stay and a great time was had by all, I am all ready looking to book again.

We stayed for the second year runnng at the Olga Beach Studio Appartments situated at Agia Marina in western Crete.
The standard of appartments is in my opinion well above 2 star they are very fresh and kept clean on a daily basis by very good staff.
The location is great leave the appartment and turn right and you are on the main road with an abundance of bars, resteraunts and shops. Turn left and you are at the pool then the complex bar /snack bar and then a few more steps onto the great beach

The rooms are very good, the views amazing, the beach is on your doorstep. You do have to pay for air con but thats ok. Also sunbeds on the beach are 5 euros a day for 2 so very reasonable. I was with my daughter (17)we had an amazing time. There are so many ggod value restaurants and the portions are huge, the people are very friendly and the lady in the supermarket over the road kept giving us little extras free ! I was worried because it was only a 2 star no need I think that is only because it doesn't have TVs in the rooms or entertainment etc - but who needs that when everything is on your doorstep anyway - if you want a sunny holiday in a great location don't hesitate book it!!

Nicos & Maria are and always have been very hospitable hosts, we have known them for over 20 years and we always go back, yes things have changed, its more expensive since the dracma days but isn't everything. You still get the same friendly people, nothing is to much trouble.
You will find that the Olga is very difficult to book as most of the guests rebook from one year to the next.
