On the whole we enjoyed staying at this hotel, it was very clean, the food was fine, the hotel staff were very good. The only downside, and I think this is because of the time of year we went, that it is predominately a German hotel - we were the only English there during our stay - there were some French and Greek - so our 10 year old son didn't really have any child/ren to play with as the Germans really stayed in their groups. We arrived at the end of May for a 10 day family holiday. On arrival the porter greeted us and showed us to reception where we were met by friendly staff giving us our 'passport' bracelet and beach towels. (These are supposed to cost 10 euro each deposit but they didn't charge us). The porter took our cases to our room; down a path and then up two flights of stairs, with a smile on his face. The rooms are reasonably basic but clean. Bear in mind there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but there is a fridge with a bottle of water in.
We arrived just in time for lunch which is a self service type of all inclusive and you help yourself to beer, water, soft drinks and wine and there was plentiful food left even though it was coming to the end of lunch. The food for the remainder of the holiday was all of a good quality given that it is catering for a large amount of people of different countries but they do have minced garlic and seasoning available. We would recommend that you attend the a la carte restaurants; there are 3, a greek (very highly recommended), an Italian (reasonable) and an Asian (we missed our reservation for this). There are only 3 choices available at each of this restaurants for each course.
The location of the hotel is completely at the wrong end of the Amoudara so if you fancy a walk into the tavernas you are looking at, easily, a 15-20mins. There is a bus stop outside the hotel and you buy your tickets in the hotel shop (except on Sunday).
The hotel staff are helpful and friendly.
Entertainment was good (we didn't go the many of the evening shows). We did see the Greek show which is on every Wednesday.

The accomodations we received were not what was portrayed in online photos. Although we are a married couple, we were told that there are no rooms with double/queen/king size beds, and we had to sleep perpendicularly with each other in beds of plaster.

The (single) room is musty & smells of mold. The shower curtain had mold on it, as did the bathroom tiles near the tub/shower. I must mention the moths, spiders & other "friendly" insects that made their way into our unit too.

The buffet area truly was not impressive, as the floor was always dirty--not exactly appetizing. The food itself was okay. Not bad for a buffet catering to people from around Europe.

We liked the location though...very central to all our needs.

Our main complaint related to the dining room, where the food was not particularly inspiring, but the dining room itself was a scrum and well below what we expected from a 4 star hotel. The special dinner in the Beach restaurant turned out to be a set meal and although served rather than buffet was dissapointing, although the setting was good.

The bedrooms were adequate but finishing touches were missing.

Although there were many British staying at the hotel there was no English speaking TV although there were a lot of German, French and Italian channels as well of course, Greek. I am surprise that thay did not have CNN or BBC World. I did ask but didn't get anywhere.

I have no complaints what so ever with this hotel, on arrival we were shown to our rooms and the rooms were spacious and very clean.

The food was amazing, so much to choose from it is no wonder the guests are mainly French.

The cleanliness was superb, cleaners everywhere and clean towels everyday and the room cleaned everyday.

The hotels location was fine having been to Amadoura before the local bus stops right outside the hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English.

There was entertainment every night for the kids and for the adults, I strongly recommend this hotel
